Dropped in Saturday for lunch at this family-run Vietnamese-Korean spot and left very happy. Warm welcome, super clean and a good size menu blending the best of both cuisines (even a few Thai options!).
I asked the nice guy taking our order to pick between two dishes – he instantly said “Beef bibimbap!” and it was delicious: sizzling stone bowl, rice, tender bulgogi, colorful veggies, and that gooey egg.
My husband got the loaded “Everything” banh mi on a crusty-yet-airy baguette,
He also ordered the pork & shrimp summer rolls because he couldn’t resist. Great decision – fresh, perfectly balanced rolls with generous homemade peanut sauce (actually enough of it!) and crushed peanuts on top.
We’re already planning our next visit.

I went here on Saturday mid afternoon with my family. When we walked in the door, it smelled like fresh bread since they bake it every day for their banh mi. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We ordered shrimp spring rolls as an appetizer, beef stew, banh mi with pork and a pork noodle bowl for our entrées. We also got two tea drinks. The mural in the restaurant was beautiful and so detailed. Everything was delicious and a very clean restaurant. Would definitely go back!

This little gem is tucked in behind the construction on US19 near Curlew road. I ordered the special pho, spring rolls to dine in, and the special bahn mi for take out. The rolls had fresh roasted pork as opposed to the generic pork ham, and the change was delightful. They offered peanut sauce and a tangy fish sauce for dipping. I’m not normally a fan of the strong flavor of fish sauce, but this dipping sauce was very light and tasty. The pho was very tasty. The broth was not overpowering, and all the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. I’m looking forward to trying the bahn mi later. The server was very polite and helpful. The portions were generous and the atmosphere was very laid back. I will definitely be coming back again.

Saigon Cafe is a great spot for fresh, flavorful Vietnamese food, and everything we ordered was excellent. I went with a banh mi, and it was spot on. The bread was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, and the fillings were fresh, well balanced, and full of flavor without being heavy.

We also ordered two different pho soups, and both were outstanding. The broth was rich, aromatic, and clearly well developed, with deep flavor that tasted like it had been simmered properly. The noodles and proteins were cooked just right, and the portions were generous. It’s the kind of pho that’s comforting and satisfying from the first bite to the last.

In addition, we tried a noodle bowl, which was just as good. Everything tasted fresh and clean, with a great balance of textures and flavors. Nothing felt overdone or rushed, which really speaks to the consistency of the kitchen.

Overall, every dish we tried was delicious, and the quality across the board was impressive. If you’re looking for reliable Vietnamese food with strong flavors and solid portions, Saigon Cafe is absolutely worth stopping by.

between the 2 of us, my brother and i have picked up food from saigon cafe maybe 9-10 times since they’ve opened. i’m lowkey obsessed with their banh mis.

their special combo banh mi is absolutely INSANE. there is a ridiculous amount of different meats in it (pork ham, cold cut pork, grilled pork patties, meatballs), and they put pate in their banh mis, too! i always ask for extra veggies (their do chua is balanced just how i like it), and after stuffing everything into their perfectly crisp bread, it’s a shock that it’s only $8.

their special combo introduced me to vietnamese xiu mai, and it’s my next favorite banh mi. the siomai i know is the chinese dimsum kind, so trying these for the first time were a revelation. we’ve also had their grilled pork, grilled steak, grilled chicken, and crispy roast pork banh mis. my only gripe with these single-filling banh mis is that compared to the special combo, they probably only have 1/3rd of the meat (except for the xiu mai; i thought that one has a good amount). and even against banh mis i’ve gotten in other places, their meat is a bit sparse. i would happily pay a bit more so i could get more meat in every bite ngl!

basically, i love this little place and am super glad they opened close by.

I love their fresh homemade bread. It went so well with my beef stew. The bang mi is really fresh and tasty. My new go-to place for good food.

Super super good! Spring rolls were stuffed and you have different options for dips like peanut sauce or fish sauce. They also allow you to either have mint or no mint in the spring rolls. They make the banh mi’s and spring rolls fresh right in front of you. The pho was absolutely incredible and the thai tea was super yummy. They have an open layout so you can see your food being prepared in front of you. The steamed bao buns had multiple options and were very fluffy and also filled! They also have a cool counter with various items you can grab and go. Some stuff looked interesting but I didn’t know what they were. As well as a mini fridge with che thai and different vietnamese desserts!

AMAZING – ordered to-go for our staff and in addition to everything being unbelievably delicious everything was meticulously packed, labeled and all, with everything we needed in each meal. Great portion, Special Pho featured in the image. Spring rolls were fresh and packed full, along with the crab rangoon dip. Highly recommend, we will be back soon!!
