Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I had to wait forever for my order to be taken in the drive thru, then another 20 minutes just for my order, and it wasn’t even right. I asked for 4 ranch wraps, and got 4 spicy wraps that had little to no lettuce in it, my soda was STILL flat after i got it replaced because it was flat the first time. The only thing that was right was the Oreo McFlurry, so at least they managed to not mess that up. Don’t recommend wasting your time here, I’ll never be coming back to this location.

Did not rate the food because Im still in the drive through after making my order 10 minutes ago. Drive through window employee gives off the impression there is better things he could be doing with his time than serving customers.

Because my hotel doesn’t have a kitchenette i am hostage to the only breakfast location open at this hour. Starts his conversation on the drive through with “GIVE US A MOMENT PLEASE!” Does McDonalds read these reviews?

I wouldn’t call this fast food. Took over 20 mins to get food. Not like there were cars wrapped around the building or crowded inside. Burgers were ok but fries slightly cold. I would avoid this McDonalds if thinking for a quick road trip stop.

The food is usually okay enough I guess. The service is pretty much always rough. I think I’ve had one employee there actually treat me like a person and not an inconvenience. I keep giving it another chance and I’m always proven right. I stopped to grab a drink really quick on my way to a funeral and I didn’t notice my cup holders were full. While I was moving stuff around the woman at the window (older woman with an accent) literally snapped at me and told me to hurry up and she couldn’t wait on me. I’m talking like five seconds. Meanwhile I’ve sat at the drive through for several minutes.

WORSE McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. SLOW service and customer service sucks. Bathrooms were dirty. We spent more time there placing our order and waiting for our food than to actually it sit down and eat it. My husband ordered a double quarter pounder meal and the burger was still red and raw and couldn’t even eat it. I ordered a quarter pounder meal and my burger was raw as well. My kid ordered a shake with his meal and didnt get one because “We don’t have it.” Luckily we were able to replace it with a slushie. Don’t bother wasting your time and money at this location. Take your business elsewhere. Too bad there isn’t anything lower than 1 star rating.

This was the slowest service we have ever had at a McDonald’s. Two cars ahead in the drive through were a couple of loud giggly young ladies who partied for 10 minutes with the person taking orders at the order stand. The rest of us were stuck in a queue and couldn’t get out. All we could do was sit and wait and listen to the giggling annoyance.
And all that 20 minute wait for a disgusting big Mac and fries without salt. Don’t eat here.

The employees were very friendly, but the manager Needs to step up and not let people go home until things are done. I watched 2 employees leaving and the trash outside is over flowing, the womens bathroom was absolutely filthy! The floors were filled with debris, 1 toliet plugged up, the other had business all over it, mirror is dirty, sink, trash over flowing in there also. And the A/C was on so cold like 50° inside. I HAD TO EAT IN MY CAR. So sorry but I will not return to this location.

When I walked into the restaurant the floors haven’t been swept, the tables hadn’t been cleaned, the bathroom was filthy and the trash hadn’t been taken out. If this is how the restaurant is then I’d hate to see their home. They are representing McDonald’s and are doing a very poor job at it.

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I have been in. I came in for a cup of coffee. I ordered at the kiosk. No one else was in the restaurant except the employees socializing at the pickup counter. After sitting there for 5 minutes. One of them looked over and said do you have an order? I said yeah a cappuccino. He said okay. What was in it? I told him and then I sat there and I thought he was going to take care of it. He continued socializing with the two ladies at the counter and after another 5 minutes he said. Do you have an order? I repeated myself and somebody actually got up and started working on the order. They have no regard for customers here. I would have walked out then but I had already paid for my cappuccino. I would not go there if I were you. I certainly never will again. At least the coffee was decent otherwise I would have given them a one star.
