On the delivery side:
They have a specific delivery driver window when you go in to pick up a delivery order for a customer. This is complete with a bell. I have waited 15+ minutes for an order before, due to negligence from the staff, who seem to think gossip and playing are the job. I would open the window a bit so they see me, then ring the bell every few minutes. I did this five times once, with two of the times being a “we’re finishing it up!” and the employees go right back to laughing and gossip. After the fifth time, the manager got rude with me and I loudly called it out. In front of customers. My delivery order came right up, but the manager didn’t want to face me, so she sent another employee over with my order. So, the employees and manager of this location are rude little cowards.
On the customer side:
This location has gotten my order wrong on multiple occasions. A few times, I’ve had to go into the lobby or through the drive-through more than once. Yeah, I said more than once in a single visit.
This location either needs a major attitude adjustment or a fresh new staff. Start with that mouthy manager. Thank you.
Bottom line, the employees are rude, and its really not worth wasting your time on this location.
This time we got the complete wrong order TWICE. If I want good service I have to drive across town to another McDonald’s. It’s no longer fast food, it’s no longer worth the hassle, and no longer worth the price. I’m tired of waiting for inept employees that don’t care and an owner that must be right there along with them. Funny how other McDonald’s can still figure out customer service and cooking the frozen foods in the warming trays, but these geniuses can’t do much of anything right. A poor excuse for a McDonald’s and a pitiful owner. It starts at the top!!!
