So ordered just fine everything was great but the window took forever but sometimes it does so I was like it’s fine it happens, got to the windows had an amazing experience with the man at the window then got home my sons happy meal all greet but my daily double was supposed to be just light lettuce. It only had mayo and cheese from what the sticker said. Like I come here a lot and it falling apart so someone needs to train better and help each other. And place people where they are good at and train them on the places they struggle. Other wise great

As a customer and as a delivery driver, I can say, with confidence, that this location sucks.

On the delivery side:
They have a specific delivery driver window when you go in to pick up a delivery order for a customer. This is complete with a bell. I have waited 15+ minutes for an order before, due to negligence from the staff, who seem to think gossip and playing are the job. I would open the window a bit so they see me, then ring the bell every few minutes. I did this five times once, with two of the times being a “we’re finishing it up!” and the employees go right back to laughing and gossip. After the fifth time, the manager got rude with me and I loudly called it out. In front of customers. My delivery order came right up, but the manager didn’t want to face me, so she sent another employee over with my order. So, the employees and manager of this location are rude little cowards.

On the customer side:
This location has gotten my order wrong on multiple occasions. A few times, I’ve had to go into the lobby or through the drive-through more than once. Yeah, I said more than once in a single visit.

This location either needs a major attitude adjustment or a fresh new staff. Start with that mouthy manager. Thank you.

Absolutely beautiful place. You get to enjoy a waterfowl while you wait in the Drive-Thru. Can serve two cars at a time. They are fast and friendly and the food is amazing. Love the mcdonaldland happy meal for adults.

This is now the second time that they have arbitrarily refused an order that I made online after I arrived. They did not cancel the order or otherwise tell me they wouldn’t be filling it until I was at their location, following their instructions to pick it up.

Worst McChicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Over Cooked!! Dry! Smashed bun, too toasted. So dry! Will never order this again!! We had no napkins in our bag!! Which happens really often at this spot. Looked nothing like the pic on your ordering screen!! Only good thing I can say the Dr Pepper was perfect!

No wonder people have been rating this so badly lately. This location has some of the worst service I’ve ever seen at a fast food location. They seem to have a policy of getting your order wrong, and making you wait ages. They will often send you to the “drive thru reserved” lane so that they can cook your food. Meanwhile 10 cars behind you get through the drive thru while you and 2 others are left waiting.

Bottom line, the employees are rude, and its really not worth wasting your time on this location.

Focuses on drive through, as I’m waiting on my order 6 different tables waiting on there orders, noone is eating or has there food. The whole focus on drive through and forget the dinning room issue needs to stop. It’s going to ruin your outlook eventually

Employees are just absolutely horrible!!! They mess up the order every time and forget things on a regular basis. $15 a hour is what they expect?
This time we got the complete wrong order TWICE. If I want good service I have to drive across town to another McDonald’s. It’s no longer fast food, it’s no longer worth the hassle, and no longer worth the price. I’m tired of waiting for inept employees that don’t care and an owner that must be right there along with them. Funny how other McDonald’s can still figure out customer service and cooking the frozen foods in the warming trays, but these geniuses can’t do much of anything right. A poor excuse for a McDonald’s and a pitiful owner. It starts at the top!!!

Service isn’t great. Takes forever and 9 times out of ten doesnt get your order right. Highly recommend going right down the road to the other one. Its worth the extra mile or so. Dont go to this location if at all possible.
