I cannot explain accurately enough how much this Taco Bell leaves to be desired. It seems painfully clear that whoever owns this restraunt has given up on its production LONG ago. I have order from this Taco Bell approximately 5 times and I can accurately say that 4 out of those 5 times, my order has either been 60% wrong or astonishingly late arriving to my car. I didnt like Taco Bell all that much before but when grease leaks through my tacos and into the bag, ripping a hole in the bag I tend to get sick of it.

I paid 10$ for 3$ of food and all the low quality slop food did was make me sad and piss me off I got scammed out of 7 dollars.
There was a single piece of meat in my steak burrito.
The tacos were only 1/3 the way full.

It should be absolutely embarrassing to be selling this to people. I’m done with taco bell because their done with us.

the staff was being super nasty to one another, I sat in the dining room waiting 20+ min for 3 soft tacos and when it came out they gave me no drink and ignored me for another 10 min. i also watched them ignore 6-10 people who would walk in and stand at the counter for 15-20 min before they got fed up and left. not once did they say anything to anyone, ask them for just a second, welcome them in nothing. this is truly the worst taco bell. they were too worried about getting their energy drinks than serving customers, and when they did serve they messed all the orders up. overall a bad experience and i won’t be back.

i ordered a cantina crispy chicken taco meal (comes with tortilla chips & cheese) with a drink. tortilla chips were stale and tasted disgusting. the shells on the cantina tacos were also stale therefore ruining the entire taco (skimped per usual). the only part of this “meal” i enjoyed was the baja blast

I will never order from here again. My wife door-dashed some food last night as we got home late and had little time for dinner. The order was completely jacked up and this was one of the chicken strips that we ordered for our children. It legit looks like it was underneath a piece of equipment for a month, found, picked up, and thrown in the bag (notice the black on there). Absolutely disgusting……

We waited 54 minutes for 3 tacos… other people in the lobby had been waiting just as long. The employees were only serving the drive through and neglecting the mobile orders. I was able to place a mobile order at McDonald’s across the street, walk over get food and walk back to taco bell and they still didn’t have my daughter’s order ready. We requested a refund but were told they were unable to do so. They eventually had our order ready after 54 minutes and the tacos were soggy and barely had any meat or cheese, there was more sour cream on the side of the shell than there was inside the taco. This location needs a complete overhaul with management and employees.

I’ve never had this many issues getting Taco Bell. First the kiosk didn’t take my order- which isn’t their fault and I get it. I placed it and it told me to pay the remaining balance at the counter, so I went up front. But I stood up front for at LEAST 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, even though I was looked at twice and wasn’t the only person at the counter. I told them the issue and was told one second. By this time someone else up front who had been waiting longer than me had walked out. I ended up just trying to replace the order. I’m still sitting here 30 minutes later waiting for my food. I have watched maybe 5-6 other people also waiting walk out because they got sick of waiting too. Not to mention I watched them be rude to each other, and to customers in the drive thru. Window slamming shut, short and rude responses. We have been here so far an hour total, and no food. Should have just went next door to McDonald’s at this point. Will not be coming back. Other customers up front said they had the same issues the other night as well.

I don’t normally like to leave negative reviews, but my latest experience was so time consuming that I felt compelled to. I placed an online order through the app. 4 food items in total and a drink. It said it would be ready by 7:43PM. I get there and wait for a bit. 7:53PM comes and goes without a word. A few minutes later, it was finally brought out, not called out by name, but she just asked if someone in the building had an order. I asked if it was mine by name, she seemed confused but handed me the bag. There were two items missing, so I let her know. Another 15 minutes go by. Needing to leave to get somewhere on time, when she brought out the other customer’s orders I asked her if they were working on my missing items to which the same person said not yet, they were working on getting the drive thru orders taken care of. She seemed stressed, left alone to scramble back and forth between the front and the kitchen to let the customers know what was going on. I told her I had to leave, having waited roughly half an hour at this point. She asked for two minutes, but I was simply out of time. The steak garlic nacho fries were devoid of a majority of the pictured toppings. For the price I would have expected something a little better.

Whoever was working the window on 2/8 at 3:35p and hates her job shouldn’t take it out on the customer. Asked what was in the box and she said “ O MY GOD!” I said wait…. Then proceed to scold us about not reading the menu.
