I stopped in again to try something else on the Menu. Lasagna with a small salad, it was very delicioso, I savour the moment I truly took my time eating it.
What can I say they don’t cease to amaze me this place is superior service, my server was Amiee L, she did such a great job. They maintain that place super clean, what can I say that’s one of the reasons I go there. The friendly atmosphere, cleaningness and superb service, may I say more! Highly recommended it.
Yesterday afternoon 12/26, just about lunch time for me, i was craving for some slices of pizza and a soda. I came in this place and immediately I was already prepare to be seated, although one do not have to be seated by a waitress just seat yourself.
I got a friendly smile by one of the waitress there by the name Allison, very kind and adjusted to my questions about other menu items besides the pizza combo I came in for. She explained to me the items I was interested in but I was more for the pizza combo, and got the satisfactory answers about the menu items.
I was told the Philly Cheese steaks there are amazing according to Alison and the other waitress, not soggy like other places I gotten to and didn’t like eating my Philly Cheese Steaks like half way down soup.
I’ll try that their cheese steak the next time I come in.
Other than that, the service was excellent and the place was super clean and a very friendly atmosphere. I surely will making myself back there.
I went back on 1/31/26 for dinner with friends and ordered the Buffalo Chicken Stromboli. The menu doesn’t say anything about blue cheese and specifically says it comes with ranch (picture attached from their online menu), but the first bite told me otherwise. I confirmed with the waitress, asked for ranch to make it bearable (they gave me marinara when it should have come with ranch anyways), and tried to eat half before giving up. Not only did it have a lot of blue cheese, it was also not super hot so the mozzarella wasn’t fully melted. The manager finally came to the table but didn’t seem happy about it. She said blue cheese with buffalo chicken is “how it’s served everywhere,” which felt more like blame than an explanation. She also claimed all their buffalo chicken is made with blue cheese, which I don’t believe is true because I’ve had their pizza both before and after the recipe change without tasting any. She offered to make me something else, but I declined since my friends were almost done eating. I didn’t even mention that the stromboli was cold after that interaction. She didn’t offer to take anything off the check, which I wouldn’t have asked for anyway, but the whole situation left us all surprised.
Additionally, one of my friend’s pizzas was burnt on the bottom, and we just let it go after seeing how the manager handled my issue. The soft drinks have also been flat on multiple visits, including the 2 within the last week. I usually let establishments know of all this, but again, the interaction with the manager deterred me from doing so.
Upsides: They give you a lemon and put a net over the lemon when you get the chicken piccata to prevent any seeds and the like from falling into the meal. I thought that was pretty neat. The chicken piccata and one of the other pizzas had no problem. The waitress was also trying to make the best of a weird situation and she did a great job serving the table.
My party (4 of us) won’t be joining and another 4 who I told also said they wouldn’t be going back . It’s disappointing because I loved their original recipe buffalo pizza and used to recommend Ciro’s to everyone, but I’ll have to find another pizza place to recommend.
