Overpriced. Slow. Small portions. Workers who put no effort into their job.
Ice cream portions sometimes are tiny. Most of the times the toppings are barely there. This Culver’s is horrible. I got a double burger with ketchup and onions. 1 piece of onion was on it.

This Culver’s was amazing! We brought in 18 teens and 5 adults. They rocked out pur orders so quickly and correctly. We were so pleased. I heard many of the people in our group say they have rarely been served that fast anywhere! I wojld give more than 5 stars, if possible.

I REALLY wanted to come on here and give 5-Stars because the food is always AMAZING! The Service is always pretty good but today we both got a Banana Concrete Mixer and a Shake. They BOTH had what looked like a Beard Hair in them!! Other than a very unlikely thing happening TWICE, the food was really good.

The food was truly exceptional. My mother and I opted for the fish dinner, which was outstanding in every respect. The generous portion was highly satisfying. We then proceeded to indulge in the iced custard, specifically the Turtle Sundae. Although it had the potential to be delightful, the excessive pecans and lack of cherry on top detracted from the experience. Perhaps the intention was to reduce a surplus of pecans. The presentation did not align with the advertisement, which featured a moderate amount of pecans. Regrettably, I failed to capture a photograph. The pecans appeared to dominate the iced custard. In the future, we will opt to place our order at the counter, rather than relying on the automated system via the Culver’s app from our table. This method did not allow for the option to request fewer pecans. This was the only aspect that fell short of our expectations. However, the food was truly delicious. It is recommended to avoid ordering dessert from the table. For that I can only give 3 stars.

Ordered almost $50 in food for dine-in. Too expensive for what we received. Could’ve spent that at a non-fast food restaurant. Food was honestly very good though, fresh and great taste. With my large order of cheese curds, I walked up to the counter and asked if they have any dipping sauces, and they rattled off a whole bunch like ranch and marinara. I asked for ranch, and they wouldnt give it to me unless I paid for them. Really?? I just spend $50 amd cant have a side of ranch with my food. You realize ALL of your competitors are giving their customers dips for free! Asked for a manager and they weren’t helpful and quite rude with their delivery. Feel very undervalued as a customer. Will not be returning.

The food is great, but this location routinely steals $3-$4 from me every time I order via drive-thru. More often than not, side orders are not in the bag when it gets brought out despite being listed clearly on the receipt. You are better off going inside to order, because using the drive thru will likely have you going inside anyway.

This chain restaurant with a hometown feel has a lot to offer someone seeking a hamburger and shake. They have a large menu and serve a variety of slow fast food. Their frozen custard sets them apart from many other restaurants in its class. Also their Hamburgers have a wonderful crispy char that gives the patty a strong in your face flavor that so many burger restaurants lack. It might not be your favorite hamburger restaurant. But it’s worth the visit. The amount of people that are packed in their restaurants on a normal basis proves they are doing something right. They also have a wonderful patio out front that has cushioned couches that would be great in the evening for groups.
Let’s hope they continue the quality and service as the years go by!
