me and my husband placed a mobile order for ice cream and we waited for 35 MINUTES before we ended up just leaving. all that we ordered was a milkshake and a blast, THATS IT! when we asked a worker, nicely, if they could check on our order, she walked right passed our car ignoring us. they were also multiple other cars that had been waiting for awhile, and a backed up drive through. (i would also like to add that when we first arrived there was only one other car there, so i didn’t think it would take long). the workers were so rude and we never even got what we ordered. now we’re out $11 dollars and i will not be giving anymore money to sonic for a long time. i’m not normally one to give bad reviews, but this experience was very disappointing. do better people ♀️

How dare you serve food that looks like you prepared it with your eyes closed. My daughter ordered a foot long coney and chili cheese fries and got THIS crap. The fries look like they’ve already been half eaten and I have no words for the chili dog. Take some pride in your work. This will ruin your appetite. Do better.

This is the slowest Sonic I’ve ever been to. Yes, fast food may not be fast sometimes, but the wait time here is just ridiculous. Even DoorDash orders take forever! Idk if staff is short or the employees are playing. I’ve waited over 5 min just to order. Another 10 to get to the window and then had to wait more time to get my food. I’m so confused. Then they act like it’s your fault that they are slow and don’t want to speak. DO BETTER!

Just drove to the sonic with my friends after a late night. Current time is 12:50 AM. We pull up to the drive-through. The lady says that they’re only open for drinks like fountain drinks???? Why would you keep an entire restaurant open to just serve drinks?. I’m not sure that this is how fast food restaurants work. Taco Bell would never do me like this. Won’t be returning

I ordered items from the drive thru from Sonic on 4/30/25 at approximately 8:30-8:40pm on Moreland Avenue.
The young lady that came out to hand me my slush and take my payment was very nice and I complimented her for her good customer service.
It took me about 10-15 minutes to get to the window and receive my food items.
Again, the young lady at the window was very polite. She gave me my food and thanked me for my patience.
However, my card was charged $20.00 but my receipt showed that my order was $11.83 for a Route 44 Cranberry Slush, 2 Pretzel Twist and 4 ct cheese sticks.
I always check my receipt before I drive off but only checked my card when I got home later that night and was making an online purchase.
I reported the cashier named on my receipt to the corporate office through the online chat to share my concern noting that while in the drive thru line there was a lot of horseplay and engagement going on with the white car in front of me.
One worker came out and was talking and laughing with the person in the car which caused delay in the drive thru line.
Please be careful when buying food from this store on Moreland Ave. It seems that they aren’t honest with the payment.

I came to get food around 1:30pm and The food at Sonic was incredible—everything was fresh and delicious. It was the best Sonic I’ve ever been to! The crew was attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience.

I have been before, but forgot about them. I went tonight! People were friendly and service was fast! Hotdog was good!! Ice even better! I love eating ice! Perfect ice to eat even better than CF’s ice. When I used to do prison ministry at Metro State Women’s Prison, I used to love their pineapple milk shake. It was so delicious.
