Monday 1/19/26 around 6:30p via drive though- ordered 2 regular tacos, super simple… received these beyond oily tacos that were obviously sitting for quite some time because they were STUCK to the paper and fell apart instantly. The other items were decent- but cool in temp. I only drove about 7 minutes to my destination from the restaurant. The attendant was super nice- next time I will order in the restaurant and inspect before heading out.

$24 bucks total tab, not worth the price.

Since last week having bad experience from this shop consistently. Please check what’s going on and fix it. Last week it’s a badly packaged food, bean cup lid not tightened, spilled all over my car. Today they didn’t pack green salsa I ordered in my Togo order.

Rolled through around Zero Dark Thirty, with no air support whatsoever, accomplished the mission ASAP fasted late night drive through in the Bay Area. Made it back to Home Base With a Huge Haul of non-soggy Hot Tacos for the whole platoon. Mission Accomplished.

Truth Integrity
I am writing to formally escalate an unresolved customer complaint after making multiple attempts to resolve this matter through your corporate customer service channels.

On several occasions, I contacted your company regarding this issue and was assured that someone would follow up with me. Despite these assurances, I have not received any response, resolution, or meaningful communication to date.

At this point, I am formally documenting my concern due to the lack of follow-through and accountability. I made a good-faith effort to resolve this directly, and the continued delay has been both frustrating and disappointing.

I am requesting:
• A written response acknowledging this escalation
• A clear explanation of why no follow-up occurred
• A definitive resolution to my complaint

Please consider this a formal request for resolution. I ask that someone from Corporate Relations or Executive Customer Care respond to me in writing within 7 business days from the date of this message.

If I do not receive a response within this timeframe, I will proceed with further steps to document this matter externally.

Today I visited Taco Bell and my order was taken incorrectly. When I brought it back to have it fixed, the employee refused to correct the mistake. I then asked to speak with a manager.

The manager, Jeanette, was rude and dismissive. Instead of resolving the issue, both she and the employee, Maria, spoke to me aggressively and told me that I was “not welcome” at the location. I was neither given my correct order nor offered a refund.

This experience was completely unacceptable. Customers should not be treated this way, especially when the issue was a simple order error. Basic customer service, accountability, and respect were lacking during this visit.

Usually solid places but today I’m 99% sure I got food poisoning from my lunch there. Literally threw up an hour after eating there. Sucks as that was my go to for crunchy tacos.

Grilled cheese steak burrito was so small, definitely not worth the price, had very few pieces of “steak,” and seemed to be more tortilla than burrito. From the time we walked out the door to getting home to eat, about 5 minutes, of 10 tacos, every single taco was soggy, and most were broken… as if they were leftover from a rush. I know it’s only Taco Bell and can’t really expect too much… but…ugh.
