I came here to have a late dinner with my family of 15 and was greatly disappointed with the service. We were greeted quite rudely but seated quickly since it was pretty empty for a Friday night. The waitress then immediately wanted to know what we wanted to drink, before our entire party was even sat properly. When we asked for more time, she asked, “Even for drinks?” in a very rude way. That aside, we did eventually place our order for 3 of their small seafood pots and 3 baskets of fried shrimps and fries for appetizers. Our 3 seafood pots arrived way before our appetizers did, and we were not given aprons, utensils, or gloves. Moving on from that, we did enjoy our food, but the one time our waitress stopped by to ask us how our meal was going, it was done begrudgingly, as if we had wronged them.
I want to clarify that I understand that people can have bad days and not everyone in the service industry can always be servicing with a smile, but the rudeness on what was meant to be a goodbye dinner was simply disappointing. And it was not merely from one waitress, but practically every worker we interacted with there. We spent over $300 there, including a $50 service fee. Until the service changes, we will not be back to Craving Crab.

I am writing to share my recent experience at your establishment, which was very disappointing.
Upon being seated, our server rudely threw our menus onto the table and walked away without greeting us. We did not see her again for approximately 25 minutes, even though there were only about five tables occupied and the restaurant was not busy.
During that time, another server seated guests and was using inappropriate language within earshot. When our server finally returned, she asked what we wanted to order in a rushed manner and spoke with a noticeable attitude. My friend asked her why she seemed to have an attitude, but she ignored the question. When I asked if something was wrong, she responded that it was very busy, which did not appear to be the case given the low number of occupied tables.
Overall, the staff’s behavior was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. This experience did not meet basic customer service expectations, and unfortunately, I will not be returning to this establishment.

Where do I begin!!!! I order a seafood pot, with sausage and egg that is extra by the way, and garlic seasoning… get home … no eggs or sausage!!!! It say it come with Chinese cabbage none to be found but they sure do put 22 bags of bean sprouts

If I could rate a negative on the food I would i had the crab legs. The portions were very small. The crab was not very good. I couldn’t substitute the side for anything else. The food came out fast but the waitress never came back to check on us or refill drinks or anything. It was just my mom and i she was able to substitute her fries to onion rings for 1$ extra and when her plate came out there were 3 on her plate. The bill was 55 dollars. On a positive note I thought the hush puppies were great.

Price comparable to other seafood restaurants. I wasn’t a fan of the seasoning I got medium heat with all seasonings the sauce had a sweet taste that I wasn’t a fan of.

Our service was outstanding. We came with a large group, and then needed to move to an even larger table. The staff was extremely patient and courteous of our requests.

My family wanted to try out this new restaurant. They both felt the food was pretty good. However, the king crab meal came out with the wrong seasoning on it. The waitress did offer to try and take the spices off. The people I went with said they would go back. I tried the chicken tenders basket and would not recommend it or the ranch. Overall, it was better than some other similar restaurants here in Tulsa.
