My friend and I stopped in here while snowed in out of town with nothing to do and we had a nice time! We brought our books and had some food while trying some of the drinks!
We were here on a night that they were doing a paint and sip, and we didn’t do the paint and sip, we could see how much fun the people around us we’re having and even discussed how much we wish we would’ve gotten there earlier so we could’ve participated I love when bars do things to create a environment for their patrons! It was also a beautiful place, and it was awesome that it featured decor and design that could come off as very bright when it was light outside and very cozy when it is dark outside.
The bartender was very nice and friendly, and very helpful! She was super welcoming and good at answering our questions!
The only thing I didn’t like was that I felt the wine selection was a bit basic. Most of the wines in the machines were ones that you can get at Kroger or other typical places. One of my favorite things about wine bars is trying wines that I haven’t heard of before or ones that I can’t get anywhere else. there were only a few that I was unfamiliar with/couldn’t just buy at a department store, which was a bit disappointing to me. However, the cocktails, other drink options, and environment make up for it! I recommend “Sip”!

A fun and relaxing atmosphere, you get to make it what you want! I’ve enjoyed a nice cocktail before going to supper, and I’ve enjoyed a group playing games and enjoying a wine tasting. The location is great! Thanks for being a part of our community!

I stumbled upon this place unintentionally as an out of towner. As someone who goes to wine parlor and wine bar with sommelier presence in big cities, I honestly did not have high expectations. But the decor, ambience and two great bartenders, Carly and Gabby, completely changed my perspective and made me wants to definitely go back to this bar for drinks and five stars services from its bar tender!!! If you don’t go there when you are in Owensboro, you are missing out.

A gorgeous spot to host a bridal brunch. The staff went above and beyond to make sure all of our guests were taken care of and help setup & clean up. The space is already so beautiful, you don’t have to do any extra decorating.

5 stars to this one!! I love my experience here everytime I go! I love to start or end date nights here because of the music, fun card games, and tasty drinks. I got the house Sangria and it was DELICIOUS! Another time I came during the day and got a wine slushy which is also highly recommended. Large Spaces or Smaller tables for a big group or small group.
You do have to go ask the bartenders how the process works if you’re wanting to try the machines! Regan is the best bartender if you get a cute strawberry blonde girlie serving you for the night.
I also have hosted a couple of events here which was more than easy. One of my events was on the patio and inside and was executed perfectly with extremely little thought. I will be back to SIP a million times over!!!

We were in a couple weekends ago and I had been looking forward to going for a while. We finally made it in and we were a bit under impressed. The selection was not very good for a sweet wine drinker or a dry. We tried almost everything available that evening. There was also only 4 other people that had already been helped in the bar and we were not greeted in anyway. After sitting for about 10 minutes, we walked up to the bar to ask how it all worked. The concept is awesome and I’d love to come more but don’t feel this was executed well and needs some time to become something yet.

Man, this was a great environment! A definite revisit is in order. They have lots of wine of taste and a complete bar in addition to the wine tasting. My husband and his friend had craft beers while my friend and I tried about 6 different wines. The price was pretty reasonable as well. The environment was my favorite part… You just need to go and discover it for yourself.

Nice selection of higher end wines. It is a little pricey for the pours, but the dispensers make it fun to try different varieties. Plenty of reds and whites for all palates. The atmosphere is sophisticated. Staff so far are helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

However, I came in prepared to drink and order food but was promptly told that I could not have my toddler inside (despite her sleeping in her stroller). I was instead told I could sit outside on the patio in 98 degree heat with no umbrellas. I asked why and was told it was “store policy”. No where did it state this “policy” and I think it should have been stated clearly somewhere on the door.
Regardless to say, I only gave them 2 starts for the decor and location. This really could have been a 5 star review otherwise.
ETA: there was NO sign that said 21 and up. Now I wish I would have taken a picture of the door since they want to lie in their reply.
