Wrong order and absolutely disgusting. It was clear the burger was someone else’s mess up and had been sitting for some time and was not even what I ordered. Didn’t eat because I didn’t want food poisoning. Oh yeah, make sure you ask the total, and get a receipt. Definitely a scam goin on here.

Usually food is better than this. Old onion rings and the carbonation was out. We did end up with extra fries but was it to make up for the onion rings or by mistake? Either way it kept this BK from a 2-star.

The guy who was supposed to take my order, was busy arguing with someone over the phone. I waited 14 minutes as he kept shhhhing me and telling me to hold on .
Later he informed me it was his girlfriend. I asked to speak to the manager. Come to find out it was him .
I ordered a #1 with 1/2 &1/2 . No salt . My food came out quickly. The bun was hard and the fries / onion rings salty as hell . I didn’t have time to reorder. My bus was coming so I told them about my disappointment and left

I ordered some food through the Burger King app like I always do, and I saw this location (302 Sheridan) & I paid over $30 for this order just for them to completely ignore the drive thru and me at the window. This specific location closes at 12 am and I arrived no later then 11:05, I heard commotion in the drive thru speaker but nobody to attend to us , so I drove up to the first window ( mind you I have already paid for my order and my order was #63) there were 3 people in the store and they all looked at us but nobody would say anything and they refused to look at us after they realized we weren’t leaving , I even tried to communicate that I have already paid for my order and they clocked out and left right in front of us ! We ended up leaving at 11:38 because they shut the lights off and were done ! Pictures for proof ! With time and date

Whenever I come here, it never fails that I don’t get my full order. I’m always missing items, for some reason ending up with extra items in placement of my missing ones sometimes, or having to wait for an extremely long time just to still end up with a wrong order. I don’t know how if I order on the app 20 minutes ahead of my arrival (at the least, usually it’s 30 minutes ahead), and yet I still end up with issues.

Stopped here on my lunch break. The order was fine no problems but i pulled forward to the window and the lady demands my money with an attitude. Everything else is good until i look what i have. My meal was a size smaller all around and my bacon king had HAD NO BACON ON IT!! NONE!!
