We had a group of four come in today during lunch. Everyone and their grandma’s were at Arby’s today. When we walked in there were only 4 staff and they looked overwhelmed. But that didn’t stop them from giving service that knocked our socks off. The manager and the employees were in high spirits, communicating with each and actually looked like they wanted to serve us high quality food. Best Arby’s ever.

So my husband’s meal was supposed to be a half-pound roast beef meal with regular French fries. You can see it was not rung in the right size meal, the fries were rung up correctly, but he received curly fries. I ordered the half-pound roast beef and Cheddar meal. My fries had a burnt taste to them. I mean if they can’t read a ticket correctly and make the right food, and if the order taker cannot get the order rung in right then they need to be retrained.

I’m so embarrassed I brag about these cookies all the time and they are truly some of the best cookies salted caramel chocolate chip cookies. The guy at the register said we’ll make sure you have fresh cookies not the ones in the case. When I got home 5 min away.. they were burnt dried up chocolate chips that’s how burnt the cookies were. I can’t believe you actually served this to someone!!!! Very bad business!!!! Maybe 1 maybe but all 4.. Really none!!!!

Ordered pick up this evening. When we got home our food was thrown together. The ketchup packets were stuck together with slime. There was a hard sliver of something in the meat. Which was almost green mixed with very slimey red meat in our sandwiches. The manager, Chelle, wouldn’t listen to a word I was trying to say. She was so rude, wouldn’t even let me explain what all was wrong. She cut me off and told me “all of the ketchup are like that. I don’t know what’s on them but you asked for them so I had to put them in there” and got nasty when I questioned how it is ok to send contaminated items out with FOOD” Stated verbatim “I don’t want to hear it”. Which, after hearing her complain about her job, how she hasn’t had a day off, how she doesn’t want to hear any complaints from anyone unless they’ve worked as many hours as her all for customers to hear I guess I shouldn’tbe surprisedat tthe customerservice I received. I will never return, not just because of the quality of the food but also because of the manager Chelle yelling at me and even hanging up on me! Eat at your own risk. Apparently they don’t even know what is in/on the food they are sending out!

The other day my order got messed up. The drive through girl was beyond friendly despite being busy. My order accidentally got switched with the same kind of sandwich but just made the normal way so it was an easy mixup. After getting home and discovered the error that was made, I called the restaurant. I told the manager how excellent the drive through girl was and how I was disappointed that my sandwich wasn’t correct. The manager was beyond gracious and made the wrong right. Superb customer service. 5Stars. Well done and I’ll be returning.

Lena took our order. She was very kind and friendly, especially for children. The staff were nice and very quick! 3 minute wait for our food! The food was amazing and I crushed it! Everything on the menu was mouth watering. Lots of seating options and very nice atmosphere plus the design theme in there.
