Very low key but public atmosphere. Workers are very professional and are on time with the food. The food quality here is even good and they make sure they clean up the drink fountain. Getting deliveries here is next to nothing easy very friendly staff no issues at all.

Would give a 0 star if I could. My girlfriend and I ordered our food at about 12:30 AM. She got a 10 pc w a small fry and a tea w no ice. I got a Big Mac, med fry, sprite no ice and a large shamrock shake. We waited for over 30 minutes for our food and quite honestly if we didn’t already pay through the app, we would have just went home. While waiting we heard the manager yelling at staff and spewing profanity at other workers, mind you the drive through window was closed and we had music playing so it was loud. I felt bad for the people working. Wouldn’t recommend this location as the manager doesn’t know how to run her shift or treat people w human decency.

The kids who helped me were great. The people reading and packing the order, not so much. Hope McDonald’s enjoys the free money they got for NOT giving me my chicken sandwich. The manager wanted my info to mail me a certificate instead of writing my name down. I’m NOT giving my info for McDonald’s to sell. So, again, hope you enjoyed that free money because I’m NEVER eating McDonald’s again. It tastes awful anyways, it’s just convenient stomach filler (that’s NOT food)so I should be thanking you.

Ordered food on Christmas Day threw the app since it said it was open. Charged me for my food, however after arriving they were closed… it has been about 3 weeks now and they still have not refunded my money or offered a solution…. keep calling and keep being told it should be refunded any day. I have been very patient but this is ridiculous.

Terrible Service and Rude Staff
I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, but this McDonald’s deserves it. Most of the workers here seem like they don’t care at all—about your order, your experience, or even just being respectful.
Today, when I placed this review, I ordered two 10-piece chicken nugget meals. I only received 9 nuggets in each box—that’s 18 total instead of 20. For the price I’m paying, I expect to get exactly what I ordered.
I went to the counter and politely explained the issue. The manager took the boxes, brought them back—and they still had 9 nuggets each. I brought them up again, and this time, she snatched the boxes out of my hand with an attitude. I watched her go to the back, put the same boxes in a bag, and hand them right back to me—still missing nuggets.
I couldn’t believe it. I called her out, and only then did she finally get me the correct 10 nuggets. But honestly, it should have never gotten to that point.
Is it really that hard to count to ten?

I decided to give the golden arches one last shot today after countless disappointments. I was left hungry because the chicken I was served is so tough I can’t chew through it and the small bite I managed to get was gristle. All I ordered was an Orange Hi-C and a crispy chicken sandwich… the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results.

Usually this McDonald’s gets the order right every time. But today (July 22, 2025) I ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese, without onion, extra pickle…But it came without cheese and with onion. I thought it was strange they didn’t put cheese on it, lol.

There is a server working the drive thru named Shawn. Every time I go there, he knows my name, is very polite and overall fun to talk to. He is an excellent employee. They are lucky to have him. He literally makes his customers leave in a good mood!
