This place is a joke. Why bother having hours if they don’t mean anything. I’ve tried to come her 4 times and have been told no or we are out or sometimes nobody even tries to take your order. Showed to order today and had to spend elsewhere… Again.. don’t bother even coming here just go el campesino or condado taco. It’s the same price, tastes better and the employees actually do their jobs

One of the worst TB’s I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately it seems that most of their issues is driven by their POOR SERVICE. I tried ordering online to save time but when I got there, I had to wait over 30 minutes after arriving and there was not a single customer in the restaurant! The STAFF COULD NOT CARE LESS. They were completely inattentive and RUDE – there were two young kids who came in right after we arrived, probably ordering just a couple tacos, and after 25 minutes, they wanted to leave and just get a refund. One of the staff came up to the register and gave them a hard time. The kids said they’d take the food if it’s almost ready but if not, they’d like a refund. The staff member proceeded to berate them, saying he had to take off his gloves to come up to the register to give them a refund, so they would have to wait further if they wanted to get their food. It was so awful to watch two young kids being treated this way.
When I returned home finally with my food, they had put the tostadas (or Mexican pizza) completely on its side! I haven’t been to this location and years and will not come back there again. I’m going to try to contact their corporate offices or social media handlers as they need to address the service here especially given the amount of reviews with the same pain points. If these employees don’t want to be there, they should work somewhere else instead of taking it out on their customers.

I ordered from this location a few months ago and got my food within 10 mins. Recently the wait has been 30+ mins (even when there is no other customers) they don’t prepare the food quickly. they don’t even start doing drive thru pickup orders until your in the drive thru. it’s ridiculous. they need to change it from “fast food” to “one hour wait food”

Went to drive through for 4 tacos and waited 47 minutes. Tacos were cold and not even what I ordered. Not sure who’s even running this place given i could have walked in made it myself. They weren’t busy at all either. Would never recommend or eat at again

Consistently missing parts of our orders. We ended up getting three sweet teas because both tea dispensers had sweet tea and we wanted an unsweetened tea. There was already a bite out of one of our items (pictured below)! Food was also overcooked and overly salty! Additionally, every item at this specific taco bell is $0.50 more expensive on every item for some reason? All around miserable experience.

Visited 11/17/2025. No problems with the food or service. No wait and food was great. I guess Mondays are a good day to eat here, I’ve come in on other days and they’re very busy. I just wish they’d bring back the cool ranch doritos locos taco permanently.

Ordered Mexican pizzas but beans weren’t properly refried just put globs on it, also the tortilla is supposed to be flour tortillas but they instead used the yellow tortillas in a Mexican Pizza which I hadn’t seen. Not only that but the tortillas were all stale and soggy and don’t take good at all. Completely had to throw away the whole order.

To begin I wish there was a no star rating! I ordered 2 items and waited over 22 mins; after waiting that long and seeing food handled without gloves I decided to cancel. I was then informed my order was just being made. I highly recommend anywhere else for lunch and I will not be returning to this location. Lastly I would like to say I know majority of fast food chains are starting to use kiosk to order but I personally witnessed a woman in her 80’s be refused at the cash register and I myself assisted her with Kiosk; no employee offered assistance to the elderly customer which is mind blowing. Absolutely unacceptable customer service at this location

I had to go to catch a bus in 20 minutes, plenty of time for an order of a single taco, right? Nope 18 minutes later and only one other person waiting in the lobby had even gotten their food. I literally had to leave without my food. It does not take 20 minutes to prepare a fast food taco. The service at this Taco Bell is horrible and they will ignore people standing in the lobby to clear their drive through queue. Absolutely do not recommend this location.
