*Edit* Having an employee vehicle with these window decals, makes this location look like trash. Especially when it’s always parked right in front of the door so everyone has to walk past it. Disgusting. Corporate should be aware of this. **Worst McDonald’s. Poor attitudes. Poor management. Almost always messing something up. No clue how they have a 3 star rating.

Food tastes fresh and comes out really fast. Amelia is one the friendliest people I’ve met. Her customer service and attitude brightened my day. She was eager to help me with my order even though she was already off the clock. Give her a raise!

Our food was fine and the playscape is large my kids loved it. But I needed to change my child and this place has no changing table?! They have a family bathroom right by the playscape and with no changing table, so I checked the ladies bathroom and none in there either. I had to change my son on the floor which is so disgusting. I cannot believe somewhere marketed to families and children doesn’t prioritize something like that!

A pretty bog standard McDonalds. The workers are likely underpaid so I can’t knock them for being a little less than happy to be there. But they’ve never messed up my order even with changes and substitutions. It can get a little busy and backed up during busy hours so just be aware.

I am waiting in line and it’s been 4- mins and no one came to the register to assist. The drive thru line is backed all the way up. There is no way not one person came to the front to see if I needed help. I have cash so I can’t use the kiosk. This place sucks bad. Horrible customer service, the employees look dead and unprofessional.

This was honestly one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had, and that’s saying something.
My order was wrong the first time, and when I finally got the “corrected” food it was cold, sloppy, and clearly rushed. The burger was thrown together, bun soggy, cheese half melted, and the fries tasted old like they’d been sitting out way too long. Nothing about it felt fresh.
Service was also a mess. The place wasn’t even busy, yet it took forever to get food and no one explained what was taking so long. When I pointed out the mistake, the employee barely acknowledged it and acted like I was the problem for mentioning it.
The dining area looked neglected. Dirty tables, trash cans overflowing, and floors that hadn’t been cleaned in a while. It didn’t feel like anyone was actually managing the place.
McDonald’s always talks about consistency and standards, but this location clearly isn’t meeting them. I wouldn’t come back to this one, and I really hope someone higher up takes a look because this store reflects badly on the brand.

I was told one price at the drive through speaker and charged a different price at the window, didn’t even know until I looked at the receipt as they never told me the price at the window. Food was cold, fries container was only half full, and the pop was nasty.

This IS THE WORST LOCATION in the state. Quite possibly could be the worst location in the country. I knew I should have turned around when I saw what I thought was a customer hanging out the door smoking, but turned out to be an employee without a uniform. He turned me around because the inside was closed (@4:00 p.m.). Glad he did though because I got a look inside of the lobby-disgusting. For the heck of it, I went through the drive through just to see. Started my journey through the drive through, two more uniform-less employees, having a smoke, this time out the back door by the drive thru. I should’ve jumped out and lit one up with them because I would have had plenty of time to do it. Pulled up to pay and was greeted by yet another employee without a uniform on. Shocker, the order was completely wrong. Nuggets were short a few, plain chicken sandwich turned into a cheeseburger, and lo and behold, the first smoking employee was now at the window, sans gloves, sans uniform. As I write this review, I wonder if I should be writing an email to the health inspector. Needless to say, I’ll never be back. And if you go, don’t say I didn’t warn ya. If I could give negative stars, I would.

The worker’s here are always miserable and have zero customer service skills. I regularly get “Are you using the mobile app if not what you want” when going through the drive through. Food is sloppy at best aswell and prices are higher than other locations.
