I got a spicy chicken Tray club style. I asked for seasoned fries and hush puppies. No seasoning on the fries and all I got on my sandwich was bacon and cheese. I also had another order 2 BarB-Q sandwiches w/ grilled onions it had no onions which the total came up to 26 and some change but all I got was three hush puppies. Are you serious?

Waited in the outermost drive thru line for 45 minutes while waiting cars constantly passing at least getting there 30 minutes after me. AND ON TOP OF THAT, they overcharged me for an order that wasn’t mine. DO NOT GO ON THE OUTMOST DRIVE THRU LINE BECAUSE ITS THE WORST

I was having such a rough day, and just needed some cajun fries with an oreo shake. I genuinely felt horrible genuinely driving through the drive thru and long line, however these two adolescents, a tall white blonde guy and a short white brunette truly made my day. They had the most genuine joy on their faces, absolutely glowing, and then they handed me my order and it felt like the heavens were talking to me. Truly amazing customer service from these two phenomenal individuals.

All of my order was not in bag. I paid for food I did not get. The hot dog chilli was not that great. The fries could have been better. The employee taking the order was very impatient. There was only one lane open for taking orders. Cookout use to be ready good don’t know what happened.

Really bad customer service. Why have Taco Roos on the sign and then be unsure of when the Taco Roos menu will be available? They told customers it should be available March 1st, we went yesterday and got a really rude employee. It is the slowest service of the Cookouts around!

Absolutely awful all the way around.
Order was wrong with noting in the bag I ordered, went inside and took the receipt which had the correct food I ordered.
15 minutes later I ask what is going on because they have helped 10 plus people by this time for them to let me know they lost my ticket.
Took over 50 MINUTES by the time I drove back to get my food and when it came up they sat it on the counter not in a bag or no sorry for the 25 minute wait or my order being completely wrong the first time.
The kitchen is not the only thing backwards in this place. I was far from the only person standing there for a wrong order.
