Sucks.. whole order was wrong but especially the two cheeseburgers without buns… they didn’t put any of the condiments on. It was just two patties wrapped up in paper and all the cheese stuck to it..when I called to correct it, they hung up on me and then wouldn’t answer the phone after that .I’ll never go back. Went to the drive thru just before 6pm on a Saturday. Not overly busy. Got to the speaker and nobody came on to take my order. Waited about 5 minutes, nothing. Got out of line, went to the other lane. Nobody taking my order. Meanwhile in the first lane, the people who were behind me are getting their orders taken no problem. Nobody ever took my order.

I parked and went in, ordered at the kiosk. A guy behind the counter (no uniform of any kind) said oh they’re not paying attention back here hold on they just bagged your order. He takes my receipt and goes to the kitchen. He comes back and asks if I want anything extra for my wait, maybe nuggets? I say sure. A couple minutes later a different person brings out my order. No extra nuggets, so I ask her. She asks who told you that? The guy is no longer in sight. She says well he’s not the manager he’s not allowed to say that. Okay so you’ve got some random guy back there lying to customers? The manager comes over at this point and is very hesitantly saying well maybe we could give you some fries. I said no thanks I just want to get out of here.

I’ve had mediocre experiences here before but don’t think I’ll be back here again after this weird one. Take care everybody.

Definitely on my top 3 favorite Mickey D’s in America list. This team makes my baby and me feel so welcomed. Very down to earth, professional, and friendly. What I LOVE about this location is that they get it right consistently and with a smile. Fast food customer service often gets a bad rap. People cursing customers, ignoring them, putting things in food and showing just how foolish, evil, and unprofessional they choose to be, doesn’t help to defend some workers. Not here! This restaurant has good food at 3pm like they do at 3am. I love great customer service and defend most people in this industry, because it can be hard getting it all done with a smile. This team does the hard work; makes it look easy; and make the customers feel so welcomed. The owner has two of my three favorite McDonald’s. The difference between this owner’s restaurants and some others is drastic! Its the difference between old, cold, missing food, from unprofessional and rude customer service reps and the awesome food and service that I get from the Dearborn Heights McDonald’s on Telegraph Rd ( kitty corner to the flooring store). This McDonald’s is worth the drive and the team should all be proud of their excellent service and good food. Compared to my experience at some of the nearby McDonalds, everyone here deserves a bonus. Get your Mickey D’s here. You wont regret it.

First I just wanted to say I ordered food from the mobile app it actually was my first time doing that. I’m never doing that again. Second I came in no one greeted me or anything there was this guy with a durag on that walked past and burped in front of me and the customers which is nasty. The other co worker gave my food and everything and said everything was there. I go home and see that there’s two missing large fries. So I went back and tried to get my fries from this McDonald’s I went to. I pulled up in the drive through and told the guy that my fries were missing he told me pull up to the window so I did the other co worker was going to hand me 4 drinks but I’m an honest guy so I don’t take the drinks I told him no that’s not my order I proceed to tell him that I came 10 minutes ago and didn’t get my two large fries and he definitely recognized me because I came in the same clothes so he called the guy that burped right in front of me and the customers yeah the one with the durag on. I show him my order pick up and I told him that I have everything except the large fries he just stood there and looked at me, then walks away and says “I can’t help you with that bro you need to come tomorrow to speak to the manager”, then I said why would I lie about the large fries your co worker seen me 10 minutes ago and his co worker was quiet because he knows I’m not lying about that, then he proceeds to say that how do I know you’re telling the truth then walks away from me all disrespectful and with a attitude so I just drove off. I will never come back to this McDonald’s that guy needs to fix his nasty attitude. I believe this guy should get written up by management for the way he acted and how he handled the situation because he makes the business look bad.

Another wonderful experience at this McDonald’s location❣❣❣ I came in for my usual 80 plain regular “just the meat only” hamburger pattie order, and the whole staff, including Marcus (the day shift manager), and Kai, Marcel, Jeremiah, & Marcus (who were the sweet chefs that cooked my 80 meat patties with such a good attitude) are always so kind and sweet with such AMAZING attitudes of excellence and outstanding customer service and professionalism❣❣❣ You are all such valuable assets to the Dearborn Heights North Telegraph Rd. McDonald’s team, and we customers are so blessed to have the privilege and pleasure of doing business with you every time we visit your location❣❣❣ I hope corporate reads this review so they will realize how fortunate they are to have such an outstanding team on-board at this location❣❣❣ You are so greatly appreciated for all of your hard work, kindness and professionalism❣❣❣

There are not enough words in all the world languages to say how AMAZING the day and night shift crews are at this McDonalds location!!! Michelle & Marcus (the wonderful and sweet night and day shift managers) and Kai, Demetrius, Marcus, Marcel, and Jeramiah are all the sweetest, most kindhearted people I have ever met in my entire life, and even though I always come through and order like 40 or sometimes even 80 regular hamburger meat patties without the buns or anything else, they are never mean or have a bad attitude about accommodating me with such a large order. They are always only extremely sweet, kind, helpful and happy to help. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE both the day and night shift crews here at this location and I always look forward to coming through to see how everyone is doing.

They are all such individuals of excellence and have such an outstanding work ethic❣❣❣It’s so hard to find people like Michelle, Marcus (the wonderful managers) and Kai, Marcus, Marcel, Jeremiah and Demetrius, and they should all be promoted and given significant performance bonuses❣❣❣

Seeing as I just watched two employees hop out of a car 2 spaces away from the back door, with an overwhelming smell of weed followed by a cloud of smoke that would make a vaper jealous, makes sense why they forget items you pay for, food is cold/Luke warm, or tastes like they dissected a previously made other food item, or over just slow service, or prices. Makes sense. Com’on guys, stuff is to expensive and time is too short for this.

I rarely ever leave negative reviews, but this McDonald’s deserves it. Every single time I’ve came in the last two months, I’m told “we’re closed, sorry” even though they advertise as 24 hours. It doesn’t matter if it’s 9:30 PM, midnight, or 4 AM, they always claim to be closed. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when you take the time to order ahead by mobile ordering just to be turned away and don’t get me started on the refund process. This has happened every single visit, not just once or twice. Clearly, something is wrong with how this location is being managed. Don’t waste your time coming here.

The burgers were poorly assembled, with cheese and toppings unevenly applied and spilling out. The top buns were smashed with cheese stuck to them with cheese on top, and the burgers were poorly wrapped.

My fries were dumped loose in the bottom of the bag instead of in the container.

The caramel sundae was melted like milk.

I ordered a sweet tea lemonade but was given regular tea instead.

This combination of wrong items, poor assembly, smashed buns with cheese stuck to the tops, and improper handling is not the quality I expect from McDonald’s. The staff should be ashamed of themselves. How would they like their food done like this?

October 3, 2025: I decided to give them another chance. Bad decision on my part! I asked for Sweet Tea Lemonade and instead they gave me Tea. The Caramel Sundae wasn’t even half full and they stuck the plastic spoon in the wrapper in the Sundae instead of just placing it in the bag. I have no idea where that spoon was, so why put it directly into the ice cream! The fries looked weird and dark colored with a funny taste. The Coke tasted off so I threw it out. And the bags all smelled very much of some kind of perfume spray or soap or maybe it was sanitizer. This place is terrible! Don’t trust the food they give you! They don’t care at all.

Lazy employees that can’t be bothered to complete curbside orders, they ignore you when you’re at the front desk and when you go in and ask for the curbside they say they didn’t see you there. Blatant lie as I placed the order from the curbside spot.
