I don’t know if anyone ever goes in this place to eat, but the drive through is HOPPIN’ lunch time. In addition to being one the very few food establishments CLOSE to base, they have EXQUISITE customer service, hot and tasty curly fries, and mediocre roast beef sandwiches. 🙂

Strangely, seems to me to not be frequented by many, so it is quiet and peaceful dining in. Always good service at the counter, and though it’s an older building & could use some updating, it is clean and orderly. I visit at least monthly. . .

8-17-2022 lunch time and trying the new hush puppy breaded fish strips.
I am impressed with the service more than the meal. The crew today is on it and working hard. Store appears clean (need ceiling tiles replaced but no biggie). The fish strips were surprisingly smaller than I expected- I got the 3-piece and substituted for curly fries. As you can see, all three fish strips were close to the size of my Tatar sauce. They are good tasting but doubt I’ll order them again. I’ll stick to the beef they are long known for.

There is just times in life you need those curly fries and this Arby’s was on there A game and im so appreciative for that. Please get rid of the abomination you call crinkle fries though and add the curly fries on doordash

Y’all really need to do something about the stray cats. Call someone because it doesn’t look good for it to a restaurant. I wasn’t gonna complain but more than once I’ve seen employees out the back door feeding the cats and I hope they washed their hands afterwards even if the working registers or drive thru. Makes me not wanna go there. I’ve lived in the area now going on 2 years and I’d rather not stop. I’ve got to be starving…. Food/service isn’t bad typical fast food stuff like a cold fry here and there because I don’t think they get too busy…but then nasty cats got to go

Drove all the way from Navarre 8 miles one way and got a loaded italian meal…this was the smallest and, no Swiss cheese, day old bread. Top peeling away and looks like they ran it over first!….very very upset and disappointed!! I would had been better off going to Firehouse

I have stopped here more times for a quick bite on my way home from work and every time I get done eating there I tell myself, “This is the last time I eat here” yet I still come here for convenience. I think this will be my last time at this establishment. The service has gone way down along with the food quality. I am usually popping in for food anywhere from 4-630 and the staff is very unprofessional and immature. They make constant jokes that are unacceptable and shouldn’t be heard from the lobby. My wife and I just left there and her sandwich (French dip) was not cut and my beef and cheddar had 3 pieces of meat that didn’t even flop outside the bun. The amount or lack of cheddar on my beef n cheddar was laughable. The lobby is always dirty, the food always takes forever, they’re unorganized to the point of frustration and anger towards each other and customers. What a shame. I hope they get it together before more people stop coming here.

They watched me walk in and stayed in the drive thru area talking. I said “hello” and got no answer back. The manager was showing an employee something on the register. But didn’t give me no attention what so ever. I went to the drive thru and still no answer. I’ve never been ignored at an establishment that relies on people to stay open. Just pitiful
