I have to admit that I stopped going to this restaurant over a year ago. The service the food was all sub-par.
However, today I went because one of my favorite restaurants was closed.
I came here to tell you that my food was amazing. It was fresh well made and correct! Let me add that the service was also friendly and prompt. I promise I will go back. In a time where we feel like service just doesn’t matter any more.It is refreshing to find a place like this. I encourage you.If you’re reading this , give this restaurant another chance.

I’ve been living in East Ridge for about 5 years and I call this Jack’s my second home. The food is always fresh regardless if it’s in the drive-thru or inside with Miss Tresa making you feel welcomed. I love the atmosphere and would recommend this special place to everyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Customer Service was Good! We were definitely greated upon entering the restaurant. Cashier attended to us immediately upon entering as well… Food was hot and fresh both times we visited! I really appreciate the service I received here! You rarely get that nowadays in fast food restaurants… Many restaurant associates play busy, blind and deaf when customers walk in, they don’t acknowledge you and slow bop to serve you with their GRAND ATTITUDES and MEAN MUG Facial expressions that make you want just as for a refund and dispose of the food! Top-tier customer service, wonderful comfort food and unbeatable price. A young man with the name tag “E” served us, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our meal when I somehow accidentally ordered a bone-in chicken dinner thinking I was getting chicken fingers. I later realized I ordered the wrong meal, but E was so gracious and kind and made sure I got what I wanted and he did it with a smile, not begrudgingly. Thank you so much! We’ll definitely be back.

This Jacks has become one of the worst around in relatively recent history. I regret spending my money on this “chop steak” which is actually just three hamburger patties served cold with a pathetic excuse for gravy. If you can’t get it right, don’t serve it. Look at my review history, I rarely give people bad marks. This place is worthless.

I ate at East Ridge, TN during their 3 Free Wings event on 8/9/25. It was fun, wings were delicious and the staff very courteous. They kept coming around to make sure I had everything I needed. I have ate there previously and I think the food is great. Good prices too. They serve hard ice cream too, not the soft stuff. Definite thumbs up.
