They were awesome, went in to use the bathroom on a long trip across country and was super thirsty. Went to buy a drink and a member of the staff (her name is Karen) gave me a free one! Really needed that more than they knew. Place was super clean and all employees were very polite. Bathroom was spotless as well. Keep up the amazing work and thank you for the smile 🙂

Stopped at this Arby’s to go try my luck at the casino. They weren’t too busy when we arrived and dined inside. The people at the counter were friendly and service was actually pretty quick for an Arby’s. The mens room was clean. The dining room was tidy and the tables were all wiped off.

Went to Arby’s drive-through tonight at about 1230 order some sliders some fries. no other customers at the restaurant not aware they were closing at 1am I ordered a turnover that turned up to be hard and cold fries were old cold mushy hard nasty all in one we leave come back up to the speaker to let them know about the fries she tells me to hold on. While no other customers in line. this is probably like 1240am pull up to the window for her to tell me she’s sorry she was in the bathroom still no customers in line I asked if we could get fresh fries considering we paid two dollars for fries that were uneditable so she got the manager the manager comes back slams a window in my face after looking at the fries brings me another thing of fries and then shut the lights off on me. I was trying to let him know that those fries were not fresh he just went and got the same fries that he had given us originally that had been sitting there not even warm and then shut the lights off on us.! stack like they’re close I pull off at 12:45 not supposed to close until 1 AM and now there’s other customers across the street there with the lights on very disappointed very rude poor satisfaction for customer service for food quality lazy and unsanitary unprofessional I am very very embarrassed for the management.

Only received half of my order. We had to turn around and go back to get the rest. The crinkle frys were cold barely any warmth to them. Manager asked the drive thru person why we didn’t get our full order. Response was ” I thought it was the whole order”.

The place is dirty and their food has gone down in quality. I remember they used to steam the beef before serving it to you and it awas so good but now it’s dry and really not that good, I do have to say that the jalapeno poppers were amazing.

The food was good, but I don’t understand why the restaurant is so large. The seating area just kept going and going, we got very lost for quite some some until the young man in the tuxedo helped us to the exit. The frys were fresh.

Careless. I ordered a beef and cheddar and all of the cheese was in the wrapper, not on the sandwich. My husband ordered a cordon Bleu sandwich and the chicken was clearly past its hold time. Old, dry, and disgusting. It’s pretty bad when you drive away from a dine in experience wishing you hadn’t eaten.
