Great experience with this McAlister’s Deli in St. Louis South County. We were warmly greeted by the order taker that took my wife’s and my orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently. The food was delivered by another employee who had a great greeting. The food was hot and fresh. My wife and I had the feeling that these McAllister’s Deli employees really cared about the personal service we were given and made sure the food was prepared well. One of the best McAllister Deli experiences we have had lately. Highly recommend.

Asked for extra pickles. They were put in with the sandwich(in little plastic bags)causing the sandwiches to become wet! Mind you I had returned to rectify a previous order ..asking for extra mayo only to not receive any condiments at all on that sandwich! So far Mcalisters is 2 of 4 for correct and satisfactory orders

I love the salad and sandwich combo. It allows me to try a variety of their salads and sandwiches. The food is always good, fresh, and reasonably priced for what you get. I recommend almost everything I’ve tried. I love the southwest avocado salad, the club, the harvest turkey sandwich on 9 grain, their fruit is a great side. I like their teas, the grilled chicken and savanna salads are really good as well. I haven’t gotten through the whole menu yet, but I’ve become a regular. So much better than subway if you’re in the mood for sandwich and salads and better priced. Their cookies and cakes are not bad either. I particularly like their bread choices. I definitely recommend any location. They’re always clean and good quality.

Tried for the first time and was pretty good! Reminded me of Panera lol but anyway the location was clean and big. The food- I order a turkey sandwich and it was barley any turkey kinda skeet on the meat. But what I did have tasted so good! Also got the unlimited nachos and they were bomb! Yallllllllll don’t go to McAlister’s Deli in SoCo on Lindbergh! Today I got a Pecanberry Salad to go for lunch and was disgusted when I found this bug moving in it, while eating it. I wasn’t going to even do anything since I didn’t want to leave work again and drive all the way back up there but my coworker said to at least call and give them a heads up so they know that they need to wash their lettuce and fruit better before serving it to anyone else. So I took some pictures and videos in case they needed proof, called and spoke with the manager on duty named Chris. I started with I’m pretty disgusted that there’s a bug in my salad so it seems like the ingredients need washed better, just to give them a heads up. He went in full defense mode and said how can you blame me for this, that it’s not their fault, we wash everything, said he didn’t want me to send him the pictures or videos, as if he didn’t really care or must get this issue a lot. Then offered me a discount card, which I declined because I don’t plan on going back if they can’t properly wash their produce! He then offered a refund and I said sure. That’s definitely not what I was after, but since he was so ignorant I just said ok to getting my money back. I’ve worked in food service, I know stuff happens but there’s a way to handle someone giving you a heads up to go back through your produce and wash it again vs. just denying responsibility when you’re the Store Manager! I definitely wasn’t going to post anything either but now everyone should know they could care less about the bugs in their produce and don’t feel the need to just re wash them after being given a heads up that there’s an issue!

I have never gone inside McAlister’s however I have had food delivered from them numerous times and it has always been fast and hot! But most recently I ordered a meal, or I guess I should say two meals, that were amazing! One was the Jalapeno Crunch Turkey Sandwich which I ordered on a whim, it was the first thing that came up on the menu, it sounded good, and it was fabulous! The roll had jalapenos in it, with jalapeno chips, pepper jack cheese and it was spicy, but not deadly and there is avocado in it which cools the heat. Terrific sandwich! However, I had been craving potatoes and I saw that they did big loaded baked potatoes so I ordered a veggie stuffed baked potato which comes with Rotel dip and then I had cheddar and monterey jack added and I almost fainted when I saw the size of the potato! It will be three meals all by itself! The vegetables in that stuffed potato are all fresh and contain two of my favorites, especially when included together, broccoli and spinach. As usual the service was speedy!

Had a great lunch experience here today. The food was awesome, the bread was fresh and the staff was friendly. I had the jalapeño Turkey crunch, and my wife had the Rueben and a bowl of soup. Everything was top notch.
