Pulled up to the drive through and had to ask for a shamrock mcflurry about 5 times before i was waited on by a real person. And after we got to the 2nd window they handed me a not even blended flurry just oreos and syurup sitting on top. I had to mix my own flurry very dissapointed in the lazyness of these workers. Even though it was the only thing i ordered.

The last 4 times I’ve went here it’s been a nightmare with rude employees who have an attitude because they have to do there job. My food has been wrong every single time. When you call and tell them they messed up nobody cares and having side conversations while trying to speak to them about your issue. It’s the worst place in town.

Now this isn’t the 1st time I’ve got bad food . Now a happy meal cold fries and then unwrapped cheese burger cheese wasn’t melted at all burger was cold like it was in the fridge and hard as _ bun. Kinda scary that they would serve food like this ….Now it is for sure i won’t be going back. Also shouldn’t matter drive through or dine in or how much I paid or how many people I had with me. Lady picked her nose, didn’t have gloves on then proceeded to handle people’s food, forgot my fries and when I waited for a long time and had her get numerous people infront of me she responded with “cool” and got the wrong size fries. Took FORTY MINUTES for my food. I ordered 3 things. Helen Keller could’ve made my food faster and better. The lady who took my order needa some behavioral management and needa to take social classes to learn how to speak to others. Terrible.

They gave my order to the wrong car took it back and proceeded to try and give the food to me. When I asked to confirm the manager working the window said that it was re-bagged and the person in the car before me didn’t touch the food. When I asked for it to be re made she got upset. I just said never mind. Waste of money and food.
Health code violation: you are not supposed to take the food back. How did the lady know it wasn’t her order and hand it back? She had to look in the bag and possibly move the food to see.

I ordered at the kiosk and had to pay with cash so I was directed to the counter. I waited for 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge my existence, I lost my voice so all I could is squeak out some noise. In fact they did everything they could to not make eye contact until an employee that was in the bathroom came back and brought it to their attention that they had a customer. The woman who came up to the counter rolled her eyes and genuinely seemed like she was even mad to be here that day.

Just another last food place. This MCDONALD’S is not the same as others that I’ve been too. Only reason I’m giving this one a 4 star is they do NOT have a drink fountain available in main area for customers to get their own drinks. So you have to ask for a refill and they waste plastic cups by giving you a new cup for a refill.
