Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever experienced! We ordered six taco supremes and couldn’t believe what we saw when we sat down and opened the bag. All six tacos were barely half full of ingredients. I took one up to the counter and asked to see a manager. Three or four minutes later he came up to the counter and I asked him what was going on with the tacos. He said,
“That’s the way they are supposed to look”. So I pointed up to the picture on their menu board and asked him if he thought the taco he served me looked like that one. He said “no, of course not you know they always make the pictures look better than the actual taco”. He did offer to make me another taco but said it would look just like the one I was holding in my hand. So beware and be sure to check the google ratings next time you go to a taco bell.

I just went here around 10:50 October 16th. Everything was great but I asked for a hashbrown on the side for my meal and I never got it. I hot one full meal and my other meal didn’t get a side at all. Other than that they did a great job people were nice and respectful the rest of my order was right besides the one thing missing

It’s a pretty unremarkable Taco Bell, but I mean, what Taco Bell is remarkable, lol? Food was alright, although I do think they don’t use enough filling for things. We ordered two crispy chicken burritos, and for some reason, one of them was incredibly wet and sticky, like it stuck to the wrapper. It smelled fine, took a small bite and tasted fine, but we were kinda reluctant to eat it, so we shared the one.

Food was great but I went back up and asked for a side of spicy ranch and the worker literally looked at me like i was an alien. Then said “A spicy ranch burrito” like no. I said a cup of spicy ranch and the worker said “i’ll need to charge you for the ranch i can’t give it to you for free” which i clearly knew and had no problem with but then slide the ranch cup with no top down the counter and walked away. But overall was a rude interaction. If you order here make sure you order your sauce cups when ordering on the kiosk.

I was so very impressed with the staff working the lunch shift, approximately 11:30am 7/23/2021 @ Taco Bell on Rock Island Place in Bismarck. The drive through was closed, they got very busy all at once, due to all of us going into the dining room for our orders. The crew worked together as a team, handled the rush very well and were working together in a cohesive manner. They churned out great product very quickly (see perfect taco below) and it’s not often you see a fast food restaurant be able to handle a rush as well as they did today. Keep up the great work… I’m leaving a very satisfied costumer today!

I gave this Taco Bell a four star. This service was a little bit longer wait but cheerful staff. Way better than the one on Washington I hate going to that one and this one did not even mess up my order.

On Mon, 8/18/25, I made the mistake of dining in at this location. Immediately after I sat down with my food, an employee started bassing out with loud music (behind counter). I ate my food quickly then contacted corporate immediately.

I always order the Cantina Chicken Bowl – it is delicious! Great value for quantity. The green Green Goddess-type drizzle is the key. Their sodas have more “kick” than others. Great location, easy in/easy out drive thru. Help is always happy.
