Here’s a fun story- My truck breaks down in Santa Fe, I’m parked at a gas station. My phone is at 5 percent and I’m walking everywhere in the premises to find an outlet to charge it. After walking miles, I walk into a Churches Chicken, see an outlet, and so I order a meal.
I sit down, plug in my phone and pull out my laptop to get some work done while I eat and wait for my phone to get some battery.
I step outside for a second to take a phone call (to let someone know I’m safe)… this is when the rude lady comes outside to tell me I can’t stay there any longer??? I explain that I’m just taking a phone call, but she doesn’t care, she says I can’t stay and longer. I wrap up my call, and head back inside. I plug in my phone again and continue working on my laptop.
This is when she comes over and kicks me out?? I explain my truck is broken and I just need my phone to charge, I remind her I literally paid for food, and she says “no, I wasn’t even supposed to let you buy anything”????
I dont know what that means, but I assume at this point she though I was homeless (which is a crazy thing to think while I’m working on a mac book). Sidenote: even if i was homeless, do you not let homeless people buy food from uour store? What kind of tristed greedy protocall, what do you expect them to eat?
Anyways, I thank God I found a kind gas station clerk who let me charge my phone behind the counter, but this is the most insane customer experience I’ve ever had, I genuinely hope the owner has a talk with whoever the rude lady who kicked me, a paying customer, out for no reason, and then continued to insult meand say she wasn’t supposed to serve me.

I dont know why i keep coming back… I keep my finger crossed every time I do. I remember back in the day when it first opened it was boom. Not its so bad. I wish they had new managers. Both at this location are nooooo Bueno. Im going to report them to the department of helth for serving raw uncooked chicken. Batter is not even cooked right.

The Chicken at this location is fresh, hot, and delicious!!! I had a big order and not one item was left out. Anytime I go to any fast food chain I expect, at least, one item to not be in my bag. Not at this Church’s Chicken. At this location the team really pays attention to detail. The customer service was impeccable. They went above and beyond to make sure I received the best deal so I could save money. The employees here all work together as a team and support each other. I witnessed the team communicating, working hard, and making the customer number one! I appreciate the whole team. Thank you!

We usually dine in and the food is decent. Tonight we went through the drive through and our food tasted really old. Like it was sitting out all day. The bread had a moldy taste as well. We couldn’t eat it. Very disappointed.

The manager here is extremely rude. My wife and I always go in and purchase 2 10 piece family meals for our family and the manager always talks down to my wife when she asks for sauce, utensils, plates and napkins. It is unacceptable and they need managers that speak proper english and can communicate better with good customer service skills We always spend$40-$50 when we come in and it’s not right that she fights us just to give the items we requested..

Had Churches takeout last night and the chicken inside wasn’t cooked all the way! It was cooked to a certain point then when you got closer to the bone it g too pink for me. Didn’t even get to enjoy the rest of the meal I just threw it out. Not taking that chance of getting sick.

The last time I went for a chicken strip meal is was a huge disappointment. The three little chicken strips could have one regular strip to be honest. The fries were tepid and not many of them either. I’d always been happy with Church’s Fried Chicken, now I have stopped going there.

On 10/14 /25 I believe I was discriminated by the Manager (. ). Only because I was dropping off a friend that happens to be homeless.
We were haveing a discussion of when we would get together to finish up some thing important documents that need attention asap,and I was rudely interrupted by by the even manager that clear is not from the US, then refused to take my dinner order, because of my association to my good friend who is homeless due to circumstances that are personal.
No one should be treated with such aggression as he has provided numerous times with other individuals.

Order a 4 piece and they charge you an additional $1.25 for the breast. Then you have to argue with them inside to get what you actually ordered. I never mentioned that i wanted a breast. They just assumed and upcharged. Bad business.
