Ordered online. Still waited 15 minutes because my order wasn’t ready. The guy brought out my food and forgot my drinks. He went back to get them & I looked through the boxes and my nachos fries were missing along with the sauces i ordered as well. Came back and I told him what was missing i also included saying the nacho fries were a large.. CAME BACK with a regular size order and i told him it was suppose to be large. he ran back to get what i ordered. He came back out and told me he was doing alot for me and he was tired now. Very RUDE especially when the ticket has everything on there that needed to be in the order. Waited a total of 40 minutes for my food.NEVER AGAIN!

Bad experience only 2 cooks and one manager please do better then forgot half of my order of my box combo and 2 of my fries refusing to give me the rest of my order when they never gave me my reciept then I showed them the labels on the bags which has the whole order and let them

Can’t beat a taco and this location has better taco making skills than most. That is, there is a good ratio of meat, lettuce, and cheese. Minus the one lettuce happy (see photo), they were spot on. It was fast and friendly. The bathrooms could have used a bit of touching up tho. Overall, for the area this is in it is a great taco bell.

The most horrific customer service I have ever received first off my app wasn’t work so I ordered at window then looked and my bank account and it pulled get really mad at me and said you have to drive back threw the drive thru to just check in when I was already at the first window secondly when I got to the second window I looked at my food they forgot my chicken in my chicken quesadilla instead of remaking it they just gave me a cup of chicken third I got home started eating my quesadilla and they put onions in my quesadilla I called the store they passed me to Mitch he said onions don’t come on quesadillas the transfer me to another person and they say they took the onions off the line at 9 cause they waiting on truck horrible service very rude and asked when the Gm will be in and they said not until Tuesday just piss poor customer service sincerely a pissed off customer – Aaliyah

Frankie was truly the best employee I’ve ever run into at a Taco Bell. He was friendly & funny & like a friend I’ve known for years. I honestly had a horrible terrible no good very bad day & I can truthfully say he was the highlight. He made me smile & laugh even thought I didn’t have any energy to at all. He gave us wonderful recommendations & spoke highly of all the food with very detailed descriptions of all of the items we asked questions about. I’ve NEVER had someone at a fast food restaurant convince me to order something I’ve never tried (because I’m very picky) solely based on the way he spoke about the food. It turned out being delicious & I’ll definitely be ordering it again. Please give this man the highest raise possible. At nearly 2am, having the warmth and energy he brought me and my fiancé, he deserves everything. Loved my experience. Loved my food. It was packaged with care & everything was correct & tasted delicious. Honestly, it looked like how it does in the commercials (that never happens, we all know this). Best experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. A thousand stars my friends. ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️

Genuinely needed to write a review because of how many times I have been disappointed in this location. There were three cars in front of us and it took us over 30 minutes to get our food that we ordered through the app. There were many workers inside, so I really have no idea why it took so long.
