Outstanding food and drinks! A friend of mine told us about this place and we decided to give a try while we were in the area. Let me tell you, I’m so glad we did! Food was on point, very well seasoned, and the green chili had great flavor. Their Piña Colada sauce for the coconut shrimp was TO DIE FOR!!!! Cadillac margarita was an easy 10/10 for me. Definitely will be coming back to this spot!

Despite being a little busy, the service was impressively quick, and I was immediately greeted with a warm smile from the staff. They were not only fast at getting our drinks but also incredibly attentive and friendly throughout our visit.

Fiesta Jalisco has been our “go to” Mexican restaurant for the past few years.
We love everything here. The decor is festive, the staff are friendly, the food is great and always comes out so fast. It’s a rare occasion that we aren’t seated quickly, but if you happen to go during a busier time, it’s totally worth the wait!
We almost always ask for substitutions in our meals and they get it right every time. We love having such a great Mexican restaurant close by and often bring our out-of-town visitors here. 10/10 would recommend.

This place is by far the best mexican place in Colorado Springs. They can customize for your liking. Pictured is chicken with diablo sauce, and carne asada with red burrito sauce. The salsa is delicious and not watery or left with no spice. If you really like it hot ask for some grilled jalapenos they are the best, a mixture of lime juice, garlic and salt. The establishment is clean and the staff is promt, and if you visit enough like me, they memorize your order. They are also good with kids and offer a good kids meal option. They serve you promptly and they are my go to spot.

I enjoyed my solo visit to Fiesta Jalisco while in the area for business. I went at 630pm on a Tuesday. All day house margarita special for $5.95. I had the chicken fajitas, very delicious! Service was very prompt, and they checked back multiple times. Good complimentary chips and salsa. Plenty of seating with large table and some cozy booths for 4. Prices are very good and portions are large! I will return when I’m in the area again.

We were greeted and sat immediately upon entering. We ordered drinks and they came out quickly. The daiquiri was delicious. The salsa was a bit spicy for this Midwesterner. The cheese dip was delicious. It also had a bit of spice but I felt it was just enough heat. Then our food came and the plates were huge. Definitely more food than I can eat at one time. Our server was very attentive and friendly. We appreciate when restaurants make an effort in presentation and when the food has flavor. I could tell this is a family owned business that cares about their customers. Prices were average to slightly above average. Thanks for the great dinner at the end of a long work day!

Very disappointing, i expected more with the high reviews. Ordered the carnitas burrito. The meat was over cooked, dry and much of it was hard and chewey. The red sauce and guacamole were very good. The plate was very hot but the burrito was lukewarm warm. Service was so-so. The bench seats were very uncomfortable and the tables were too high for the benches. The chairs with the tables were much better.

The food is good, the service is ok. However, they charge you after the first basket of chips and salsa and don’t inform you before hand. It’s not that the 2 dollars was gonna break me, but it is the principle. I know of other authentic mexican places that have unlimited chips and salsa, especially if you are dropping $75 to eat there.

This place was delicious! We ordered the tacos al carbon and the camarones mexicanos. The meat was perfectly seasoned and juicy, and the rice was phenomenal. The food came quickly after ordering, and the staff was pretty friendly. I’m usually pretty picky about Mexican food, but it was recommended by my uncle, who’s from El Paso. IF you are arriving in a group, they will not put you in line until your entire party is inside the building.
