Good Latin Dominican Caribbean food. Food with flavor and service but service is extremely slow as waitresses who are friendly are required to wait tables in the dining room and also take orders at the front counter so you wait a long time to get a drink, appetizer and food.
Went there three times and each time the empanadas were over fried to a crisp and sitting in a pan at the counter for a while which were cold.
Asked for Chicken Noodle soup and I specifically asked if it came with White meat and was assured it was only to have it come with a two huge pieces of bone with dark meat attached to it so I took it back.
Asked for a Pastel and they gave me a Yuca Pastel which I wasn’t aware and after the first bite I found small pieces of bones in it.
After having to return the food back I spoke with a man who stands next to the kitchen taking to go orders told me that no matter what they gave me I would not be satisfied.
I explained to him that I specifically asked for White Meat in my soup which the waitress assured me it was and instead got dark meat on a bone the size of a quarter, the empanada was over fried and cold and the Pastel was made of Yuca and not green bananas had bones in it.
Instead of rectifying the situation by giving me Chicken Soup with white meat, Frying a fresh hot Empanada which I’ve had done two previous visits and stop making excuses for Pastel with bones in it he instead started to debate the situation and once again said no matter what I would not be satisfied he gave me no option but to leave and so I did.
Feel free to try it if you still desire, but be aware that service is very slow so don’t go there if you’re hungry because you’re going to wait a long while.

The food and service was excellent.
The atmosphere was nice and there were good sized portions of the food.
There were quite a few things I wanted to try, but I ended up going with the Churrasco con Camarones (Skirt Steak with Shrimp) and it was delicious.
I also got a delicious Café con leche.☕
We look forward to going back again soon and I want to make sure I try one of the other dishes.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant in Las Américas, thanks to Melisa Paula. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. Her service truly made the difference.The food was absolutely delicious everything was fresh, well prepared, and full of flavor. Melisa Paula made great recommendations and made sure we were satisfied throughout the entire meal. She was always checking on us with a smile and made us feel very welcome.Excellent food and outstanding service. The place is beautifully renovated. I was blessed to be served by julie she was amazing. I got the chicken rice and beans it was delicious. You get plenty of food for your money. Overall I had an amazing experience.
I just wanted to update this because how amazing this place is. Tonight I went to get some food my credit card was expired and my debit card wasn’t working so I was having difficulty paying not because I didn’t have the funds but my luck was just bad tonight haha and the guy was so understanding and offered me to take the food home and bring the money when I have it because I come here a lot; I was left in “aww” I ended up paying but I couldn’t believe how sweet and understanding he was. Just amazing!! Another reason to even love this place even more

I came in today to eat, nobody said hello. We walked to the waitress and asked her were we can sit and she said anywhere I like. When I did grab a table she turns around and then gives me a lecture on how I can’t sit there because that’s a big table and possibly a bigger party will come in. I said ok but I don’t normally like sitting in the harder chairs because of my legs issue. I just feel like you are going to tell someone to sit were they like don’t lecture them on why you can’t sit were you did. I felt the situation would not have a good outcome and I left . To bad because the place looked like it has good food, however the waitress needs some more customer service knowledge.
