We’ve been to Pat Quinn’s in Delta twice now and both times we loved it, let me tell you why.
First the service is great and the food is delicious! We love their BBQ Smokehouse Burger. We also love the Farmhouse Breakfast and the Birdie Breakfast Sandwich. Their fries are some of the best I’ve had anywhere! Seriously. We also tried the Korean Chicken Lettuce Wraps which was good. The Tahitian Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée from their dessert menu is divine and at the time of writing this all their dessert cost only $8.95 each!!
The second thing I like is the ambiance and the great view from the dinning room tables. The lounge is nice too with sports on the TVs and a large bar area but no view.
The third thing we like about coming here is the location only 5 mins from Tsawwassen Mills mall making a very convenient if you’re out shopping.
The fourth thing we all appreciate is the FREE and ample underground parking.
We can’t wait to come back again! Next time Cheesecake. 🙂

We came in for dinner and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was amazing from start to finish. We ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and every bite was worth raving!
We also had the chipotle chicken quesadilla but substituted tofu, and it was superb. The flavors were fantastic and the quesadilla was cooked perfectly. Next time, we would love the option to add beans and corn as well. I know you have your signature blend with chicken, but it would be wonderful if vegetarian and vegan options could be considered too.
Overall, we had another exceptional dinner. Thank you for such a great meal and experience!

The food was flavorful and satisfying, though benny’s particularly stood out as exceptional. Service was friendly. Prices are on the high side but food quality and taste is on the low side. I ordered a claim chowder and it was too thick and full of potatoes. Also, ordered a salad with salmon and the salmon piece was very small. Service was good and the restaurant is nice, with nice views. But, I don’t recommend the food, will not go back.

This is officially one of my go-tos when I am at T Mills.
The view there is amazing! I went there on a Sunday’s afternoon for the Happy Hour. The sky was so clear and it’s just a perfect place to chill and hangout with family.
The Happy Hour food was yum. Of course not the over-the-top delicious. But for the price and for the view that you got, this is so Bang for the bucks!
I will definitely come back during Summer time and I hope I will be able to get the balcony seats!

Pat Quinn’s is top notch when is comes to food, service, and ambience. The patio is large, with multiple sections, and a beautiful view of the golf course & pond. I have eaten here a handful of times since moving to Tsawwassen and I can honestly say I have not had one dish that I did not like. The salmon burger is one of the best I have ever had, and the fries are next level here – crispy on the outside, seasoned well and soft on the inside. I also highly recommend any of the burgers, pasta dishes and the artichoke dip is very good. You gotta try this place!!
Update: I came back here on October 11 for my sister’s birthday dinner. Pat Quinn‘s were kind enough to give our family the trophy room. We were able to watch the Canucks game and were served by Ryan. He is an absolute gem – one of the best services I have ever received at a restaurant. He is knowledgable, professional, and as always, the food here is top notch. I’m updating the photos below for all the beautiful dishes that we had on this visit also!

It’s a great restaurant connected to a country club. While most country club restaurants are private, this is public with good food and good entertainment.
It also offers a New Year’s buffet that’s full of great food to enjoy.

We have become Pat Quinn’s regulars! In the opening years, the first few x I ate here were very disappointing. I heard rumors a few years back that the food had improved, so we gave it another go and we have now become loyal regulars. The service is always amazing, the ambience and energy of the space is always beautiful and the food has become very tasty! Some of their menu is down right delicious. Amazing fries, good burger, outstanding slightly spicy & crispy chicken burger (not sure if it is still on the menu?), killer wings, great beef dip, the seafood pasta is scrumptious, and the braised beef short rib with mashed potato, is excellent. Thumbs up to most of their starters. I feel like their pasta with short rib could be amped up with a bit more garlic, a tiny bit of added sweetness for depth and maybe something herby and fresh to finish it would be a good way to go? I am not a fan of their tacos and I want to be! It’s been over a year since I tried them but I think they are using flour tortillas? Maybe fresh organic corn tortillas instead and more authentic salsas would send them to the next level. Thank you, Pat Quinn’s for all the amazing dinners you fed us! We love your food and we are grateful for all the deliciousness that I did not have to cook : )

First time dining experience was overall satisfactory, with minor opportunities for improvement. Would come back to try other dishes, but mainly for the beautiful view of the golf course on the patio. Menu has good variety at good prices.
Recommend: Sweet&spicy pizza, seafood chowder, beet salad were enjoyable.
Would not recommend: Mussels (beware: some mussels tasted off, and overall not that fresh), seafood carbonara linguine (under seasoned, watery tasting meat, not reminiscent of a carbonara at all).
Service: Enjoy the view, laid back environment and a bit of a slower pace of service. The manager of the night was very nice. Ended the night off with a complimentary dessert to celebrate our anniversary.

I love this place, staff are very nice and attentive. Had Easter lunch with my family. Food was yummy at a very reasonable price. Seafood chowder soup was tasty. The sangria was sooo good. It’s beautifully decorated inside, and I love the lush golf course outside these huge glass windows.
