It took a little while for us to be seated which was to be expected on a rainy Friday night. Our server Mikey was attentive throughout our meal. Everything came out hot and fresh. Our drinks were refilled as needed. This is a great place for a family dinner or lunch.

Monical’s is easily one of our family’s #1 spot in Springfield. We eat here all the time and it’s always fire. If you haven’t ordered ‘The Point’ pizza yet, you’re doing it wrong, it’s our absolute go-to every single time. The service is always fast and the staff is great, which is a lifesaver when you’re feeding a big family.

It was our first time here, and let me tell ya, the thin crust Mighty Meat pizza was SO GOOD! We loved it! It had bacon, ham, pepperoni, and sausage. For appetizers, we had hot wings and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were the best out of the two. The only thing we were disappointed with was that the hot wings weren’t hot at all. There was no heat or flavor. Other than that, our service was great, and the pizza was delicious!

Ordered 14” Thin Crust Pizza with thin sauce, extra chicken, red onions and Jalapeno peppers. Crust was very crispy and tastes ultimate. Chicken was very soft and veggies are fresh and crunchy. One of the best pizzas I had in recent times. People at the restaurant had greatly hospitality.

I was suprised at the flavor the pizza had. The thin crust is crunchy crisp and so good. I would have given a higher rating however the 8″ pizza is to small and the 14″ is to big for one person. Monicals please add a 10″ option. Grabbed the lasagna this trip. Pretty good however would have been much better with some additional sausage.

1-25-26. I ordered a huge pizza and 2 sides. There is 18” of snow outside. The website said it might be 90 minutes… I had a PIPING HOT pizza and sides and a huge salad in about 25 minutes!

My girlfriend and I went here for a work brunch and had one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. We ordered a simple sandwich and a side of chips, yet it took over an hour to receive our food — long after everyone else at the table had already eaten and finished.
To make things worse, our waitress never checked in, never asked if everything was okay, and never apologized for the delay. By the time our food arrived, everyone else was done eating, and we were just sitting there waiting. It completely ruined what was supposed to be a casual work outing.
Given the slow service, lack of communication, and poor customer care, we honestly don’t plan to come back. Hopefully, management takes this as constructive feedback and improves their service for future guests.
