I had the pleasure today to attend a private affair luncheon here. The food is five star. Everything was delicious. The family style serving of appetizers was wonderful. The Caesar salad was mind blowing. I had the braised ribs. I’ve never had anything melt in my mouth like that kudos to the chef and kitchen wish I was a member so I could go there tomorrow. It was wonderful service. Graham I think was out waiter. He is attentive polite on top of everything. Great job great day.

This is our third time dining at Delfinos. The first two times were pretty close to perfect, and we had great service and the food was exceptional! However, this time was completely different. First, this is supposed to be fine dining, and it was far from it. The restaurant was extremely noisy! I mean it was hard to hear my wife who was two feet away. I’ve been to the property’s sports bar Loggerheads that was way less noisy. Second, I gave the food 3 stars because my wife said her Kansas City strip was excellent and my Porterhouse was at a minimum, okay. It was unevenly cooked and full of muscle, not worth the $74 that’s for sure, and the potatoes were inedible. And last, the service was okay and far from fine dining. It was more like being in a diner!! I had to ask after waiting fifteen minutes for a water refill (I was drinking wine and like to have water on the side) And unbelievably, our server noted ants on our table as we were getting our check!! WOW!!! Dinner for two for all the above was $240 for two plus tip! We will dine elsewhere next year.

Just so people realize before they come here, you have to be a club member or with a member to eat here.
I had the tortellini and my wife had the spaghetti and meatballs. Also the short ribs are amazing.

John is fantastic! He knows how to make the perfect old fashioned and whiskey sour. We loved the calamari, mussels and the meatball. The afogato was delicious.

I’ve been here years ago and they have since remodeled. It’s really nice. Our servers were exceptional and the food was good. Would have been 5 stars except that the food wasn’t consistent across the board (we were with a large group). And for an Italian restaurant, I found the menu a tad lacking. But overall very good!

Fantastic dining experience. The service was friendly and thorough. Our waiter was very helpful and attentive.

Uncomfortable chairs. Oil with garlic bread taste like pepto bismol. No herbs by the way. The carbonara was hands down the worst I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t feed it to the homeless. Chewy noodles, no flavor, not even the Parmesan cheese. I get that guanciale is expensive so we substitute for pancetta. Thing is there wasn’t even much pancetta. What was there also didn’t have any flavor. Another review states “reheated food” and I can’t agree more. There’s no way you can make carbonara that fast without re-heating it. My dog didn’t even want the leftovers and he eats everything

Part of the Palm Coast Hammocks Beach Resort restaurants…Took the kids for dessert at night (picture of the view), I had a B52 to drink but the wine selection is amazing. The Tartuffo was delicious only wish they wouldn’t serve it open, it’s nice to crack your tartuffo. The chocolate cake is tiny for the price but oh boy divine.

Outback Steakhouse might be better. The steaks were burnt when we ordered them medium rare, and the people that decided to eat them anyways were ready for a check before the replacement steaks came out. The sides were also not edible, and the service is better at my local dinner!
