Awful experience. Wasn’t even busy but the service was slow. Many employees doing nothing. Our food came out cold. Our fries were overcooked. Almost all our fries were rock hard crunchy. Place was disgusting and nothing was stocked. There was a loud beeping noise non stop. Adding a picture of one soft fries verse our crunchy fries.

I have brought my grandchildren here because they love the playground-especially in winter. At each visit the place is dirtier and dirtier…not messy…DIRTY! Tables are not cleaned or wiped down(at this point they need to be scrubbed-as does the floor) trash cans are always overflowing with trash falling to floor. It’s just a mess!

I had a really disappointing experience at McDonald’s because of the manager on duty. Instead of being helpful, they were rude and dismissive when I asked a simple question about my order. They spoke sharply to both customers and employees, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere the entire time I was there. It felt like they were more interested in scolding staff than making sure guests had a good experience. A fast-food stop should be quick and pleasant, but the manager’s attitude completely ruined it for me. I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

This McDonald’s restaurant is one owned by a franchisee who hires excellent managers and crew members. They’re the reason to come to this McDonald’s. Workers are kind and return all smiles and kind words given to them . They take pride in their work and the restaurant shows it. The food is well-prepared McDonald’s food. Set expectations accordingly. ☮️

The worst McDonald’s I have ever visited. I understand that the syrup lines were frozen so there were no carbonated beverages but that is no excuse for the experience I (am every other unfortunate soul that had the misfortune of desiring McDonald’s that day). With three orders before us it took 35 minutes to get our three hamburgers and two chicken ranch wraps (and the fries for the meal that was ordered). We were on a road trip so we took the food to the car as we were already about half an hour behind schedule from the ungodly slow service. As I was pulling out we discovered that the….”lady” (I want to call her many other names but I will stick with this) had never typed up the fries from my wife’s meal. Of course my wife refused to eat her food without her fries so clearly the drive-through would be faster. There were five cars in front of us and it took 33 minutes from the time I ordered until I got my order of fries. Over an hour to feed two people (and two burgers for Mom’s dog at home). Just inexcusable…not that they ever apologized nor acknowledged the slow service. Avoid this McDonalds at all costs.

The staff rude & refused to refund me for my two shakes that I ordered through the app when the shake machine broke. Waited over a half hour for them to tell me it was broke. Never offered a refund. Just said to come back in over 2 hours when the shake machine is working. Came back & they were so rude & didnt want to give me my shakes that I paid for. Gave me a big hassle.

Only reason im leaving a star is because i have to so i can write a review. We pull into the drive thru there’s one car in front of us. We wait our turn pull up to the speaker and the guy says I’m sorry sir there’s a 10 minute wait. We looked around and was a little confused because there’s no other cars (the one ahead of us left) My husband starts to order and the guy cuts him off and says no sir there’s a 10 minute wait until I can take your order we are very very backed up right now. Again we look around and there’s no other cars around. We decided to leave and stop somewhere else. As we drove through there wasn’t any customers inside as well.

Terrible service. No one will make eye contact or acknowledge you at the counter to take an order or cash payment unless you say something first to get their attention. The only employee that is decent is the gentleman who cleans the kids play place. Everyone else is very rude. Not even the manager will not acknowledge a customer at the counter. Was told from over a workers shoulder that she has other orders to do and won’t take mine. I refused to order at that point. Daughter ordered from the kiosk, which told her to find a seat and food would be brought out. Food never broght out but was left on the counter to get cold. If she knew she needed to wait at the counter she would have

Have been sitting here for 35 mins to get my order from curbside. This place is horrible then you have employees standing around doing nothing and one guy who walks around a lot acting like he’s busy yet not accomplishing or actually doing anything. It went from the best McDonald’s in the area to the worst I’ve ever been to across the country in a matter of months. This is truly pathetic!!!

Update: after 45 mins I went in.. 5 people “working” only 1 actually doing work. Felt bad for him. It’s terrible McDonald’s should shut this place down
