I stopped in today for lunch with my daughter on a daddy-daughter date, and we were greeted by Shon at the front register. I have to say—employees like her are truly one in a million. Shon has an unbelievable ability to work the entire room with genuine warmth. She greeted every single customer with a smile and a personality that immediately brightened the trajectory of their day.

As a business owner who has hired many employees over the years, I can confidently say that if I were in an industry that relied heavily on customer interaction, I’d steal Shon away in a heartbeat. It’s obvious that any business she works at is bound to succeed simply because of the energy and positivity she brings.

I will absolutely be returning to this location—not just for the food, but to watch her interact with people and get my fix of her amazing personality. McDonald’s, you have a truly incredible asset on your team. I wanted to leave this review to make sure you know just how exceptional she is.

Sarah i think is her name works drive through, always super polite on top of her game and customer service skills. I come here regularly, (maybe a little too much) and tonight when i went to grab my pie it was the wrong one. And i didn’t get mad in three months of coming at least three times a week if not more one mistake is okay. Andy was super polite let her know what happened and said i could absolutely get a replacement. I work fastfood and mistakes happen especially when corporate wants to keep times down. So even if there were more mistakes i wouldn’t mind. I live in reality and with fast paced environments serving hundreds of cars in the drive through not including the lobby guests mistakes are going to happen. Whats amazing is when met with kindness and understanding u recieve it back. Thank you for listening to my rant and thank you for the replacement pie.

Chicken nuggets were not fresh. Neither was the bun on a sandwich. A lady brought us our drinks first and then the food. Restaurant was relatively clean. Overall value, price for food quality is not really worth it.

Big empty space with no customer service. I ordered at the kiosk (no other choice) and went to pay cash at the counter. Stood there for 15 minutes. There were no other customers inside except for a group of four sitting at a table and a Door Dasher who gave up and left. That sign on the wall should say “We Don’t Care”.

The people are nice but the new McD design does not want you to order or eat in person. I saw a person leave because no one would take her order. Refills they have to throw your cup away and give you a new one. The employees I did see were doing the best they can

Absolutely terrible service. You either have to order online which is terribly complicated or order on a kiosk. On every order while we waited a very long time there was something wrong with someone’s order. That is the worst McDonald’s I had ever been to

I would give this place 0-stars or even far less score if I was able to. I recently ordered a delivery for myself and a group (since these guys were advertising certain free meals if the total were to come more than $20) however, it was a bad move.

When my food was delivered (by the way these guys have this special trend), the label receipts were not only placed within the food containers, WITH the actual food, but the ink of the receipt (due to the heat from food) smeared off and somewhat imprinted itself on top of the hamburger bun.

Whether it’s the cook who prepares food this way and carelessly places receipts with the food, OR the cashier who decides to add a final prank by placing the receipt face down onto the food… I don’t know. Whatever their motives are, it simply now tells me “I no longer want your business, we want to see if we could break the Domino Pizza’s 2009 record, and please report us to the Department of Health and Consumer Affairs” Which I had no choice but to do so tonight.

During my first order with these guys a month ago, the receipt was folded half outside and half inside, and I simply took that as, they could be busy and “things can happen”.
As you all can see through the photos…… you tell me if this is a coincidence or on purpose.
