I took my kids out to have some dinner and we were all so disappointed. I don’t have extra money very often to go out to eat, so we were all pretty excited. Nearly $50 down the drain. The cashier was so soft spoken I could barely hear anything she said, but she was friendly. The food was just terrible. The wings were SO salty, and barely warm. The fries were WAY over seasoned and soggy/over cooked. What a waste of money..

Went over to this location to order since the online ordering was not working (system down or something to that nature). When I walked in there were others waiting for their orders. The young lady behind the counter greeted me and took my order. Her customer service was on point so that was a BIG plus for me. I give them 4 stars for service and the atmosphere, but the quality of the chicken wings was horrible. I must have plucked close to 30 feathers from the food prior to us even eating it. Then when I did plate it, I still had to pluck feathers from the chicken wings. I was too disgusted to eat it or drive back to there location. Hopefully the restaurant can do a better job of cleaning the chicken and if it is (which I’m almost 99% sure) brought in from a supplier, they should make certain their supplier has thoroughly de-feathered the chicken. Also, they could have at least drained the wings a little longer because they were sitting in a lot of grease in the container. And I had to cook the Hawaiian wings a little bit longer because they were not thoroughly cooked. And parking is really hard at this location due to several restaurants/ businesses in the area. Needless to say that I won’t be going back for their wings anytime soon.

It was pretty packed (the take out like)when I came in but the line went pretty fast. The young lady who took my order was friendly and patient. My wait time was 35 minutes but my order was correct and all my food was hot and fresh so I didn’t mind the wait. The soda area could have used a little help cause stuff was everywhere but other than that it was a nice place. They had sports on the tv so it was a cool atmosphere. I’ll definitely return while I’m living in this area

Disgusted.
I called the store to let them know this happened and the lady said that I had to bring the whole order back in order to receive the refund. If I would’ve known my chicken wasn’t cooked i wouldn’t of ate the order at all. I am now worrying that I may get sick. Midway eating my food I realized the tenders weren’t cooked. I am extremely upset of this matter. DONT come here for their disgusting uncooked tenders.

I endured a lengthy 10-minute and 48-second hold before the phone abruptly disconnected. Upon inspecting my order, I noticed that the wings still had feathers, reminiscent of a poorly cleaned chicken. Braving the cold and rain, I returned to the restaurant to address this issue. The lady at the register explained they were understaffed, and the gentleman eventually remade my order. However, I had to endure an additional 20-minute wait, which I find both unacceptable and unsanitary.

My order was completely wrong and no one cared or apologized. (Order #803361781)

I ordered my food today (9/2/2020) and was given a pickup time of 9:18pm. I arrived at 9:20pm and was told I didn’t pay online when I did. Another employee had to step in and tell the worker I did pay. I then glanced at my order but didn’t check thoroughly until I got in the car. I was missing 2 regular sized fries, and an extra side of Parmesan I paid for. I went inside and explained I was missing fries and the same woman who told me I didn’t pay asked me was I sure I ordered fries. I replied yes and she asked the guys in the back to give her 2 regular fries and continued to count money in her register. After looking at the top of her head for 2 minutes I decided to sit down and wait because apparently the fries were being cooked. I ended up leaving at 9:47pm with my fries and side of Parmesan. While I was sitting there numerous people picked up their orders and EVERYONE who checked their orders had something missing. I NEVER received an apology, a “oh my bad”, nothing. I then get home and half of my wings HAD NO SAUCE! They were plain! Like how do they make so many accidents. The wings we’re supposed to be garlic Parmesan. Like dude. Just shut the place down. Every time I come here my order is wrong and I NEVER complain or write a bad review but enough is enough. I will drive to DeSoto or Lancaster from now on.

Do NOT recommend. Horrible customer service. I placed order online and selected a pick up time for a hour later. I called after I placed online order to push pick up time back. The girl says my order is already prepared so I couldn’t push time back. I asked how was my food prepared and I wasn’t due to pick it up for another 45 minutes? I get there and ofcourse my food is cold.

I ordered in the app for pick up. It said it would be ready between 4:47-4:52 pm. It was NOT. When I arrived there were 9 other people standing around waiting and more coming in. There were people who came in AFTER I did and they got their food before me. I didn’t receive my order until 5:15. The fries are almost cold. From now on I will use the extra in gas to go to Waxahachie.

The place is utterly ridiculous and employees walking around with their pants sagging is extremely unprofessional.

okay so I door dashed this and idk what was going on but no! I asked for extra crispy nothing was crispy it wasn’t even cooked my sauces were overflowing they have went down hill they use to be so good but I don’t know what’s happening now they never cook it crispy only thing good is the fries .

I’m only giving this location two stars due to the lemon pepper wings being crispy. I typically order from the Cedar Hill location but due to the order being delivered, Red Oak is the closest location. I asked for extra cook time (well done) meaning crispy. The lemon pepper were crispy enough but the mango habenero wasn’t at all. They were actually undercooked. The skin was gross. RO please take not from the CH location when a customer orders extra cook time. I don’t enjoy wet skin, under cooked wings!
