First of all this place could have better customer service, there was a black guy at the register who made me feel unwelcome. The prices could have a little adjustment I feel that a snack pack should have been cheaper than $8.50 I purchased the Wing snack pack and wanted more french fries with my order I was told I would have to purchase a dinner instead of him saying you could just order another side of fries with your meal but on top of that my wings came there was barely any sauce on my wings and they had feathers everywhere. I took my order back in with the little complaint in the cashier said all of his wings have feathers in them. It makes me wonder about the cleaning process. But here’s my lousy meal,

GREAT place to grab food or stay and eat! Out of this world flavors from their bbq’d meats! Love that their dining is set up for karaoke!

We went to the N Randall location. We used the kiosk and waited almost an hour to get our food. It was steady but not overly busy. The server at the counter said that she forgot to wrap and bag my food. It was done and on the counter. My lesson learned was never use the kiosk ever again and talk to the order taker and pay at the counter. This is the fastest way to get your food.

I was at the restaurant a few days ago I ordered two snack packs and a polish boy. The chicken and fries tasted like they was fried in fish grease an tha sauce on tha side definitely wasn’t tha same sauce that u get wen its put on there smh. This careless mistake could’ve ended very badly for someone else that has a seafood allergy. I have a severe peanut allergy and almost died cuz of bad labeling of a product that contained peanuts, so hopefully no one with a seafood allergy ate chicken and fries from there. Next time I go there ima ask first did they cook tha chicken and fries in the correct grease. Another time tha rib tips was cold by tha time I got back into my car from the restaurant smh. Other than that tha food is good.

I was just there at 9pm tonight placed two orders which were both chicken and fish combo meals. Spent 59$ and some change just to get attitude and smart remarks by the cook who obviously can’t read the tickets right. Food was mid the greens are obviously from a can glory greens to be exact. How are you mad at me because I’m pointing out what’s wrong with my food because you didn’t read the ticket right. To charge so much for sub par food is diabolical. The prices are high but the quality of the food is terrible. Ain’t no way in hell these wings little like this and my fish little all for 25$ per plate and no sides are even homemade well the ones I had weren’t. I definitely would not recommend to anyone anymore.

Was at this restaurant this morning around 11:15 AM. I ordered a 10 piece wing plain and I also order a half a slap of rib. Took the food out to my vehicle. The chicken was horrible. It was just disgusting. I took it back in and asked. Could they change it which they did it looked better so I drove onto work upon reaching work. I decided to eat one of the chicken wings they were still dark on the inside horrible taste. I don’t know where they got those wings from but those wings were disgusting. Also, I ordered a half a slap rib. The ribs were short, fat and thick. Also disgusting. I was just so disappointed because I actually spent $40 plus dollars on those two meals. I would not recommend this restaurant and I will not be returning to this restaurant ever again. You should be selling food that you will eat yourself not selling food that you’re the one out for trash.

B&M is always an adventure. If you like a boring experience where you just go out to eat and order food, pay for it, get what you ordered and leave satisfied… this place probably isn’t for you. But if you really like the montage scenes from Rocky and want to feel like you succeeded at something, overcame obstacles in order to eat, then you’ll have a good time.
The food is good. Not the best I’ve ever had, but far from the worst. Their fried chicken is delicious and just the right amount of crispy. The staff is always kind and it seems like a genuinely enjoyable place to be.
The food takes a while so if I want to pick up, I always order ahead. The last time I did, I showed up to find out that the food I had ordered and paid for was not being prepared because theybhad no access to the online orders that night. But they were still taking them anyway, lol.
Also, they forgot my bbq sauce, my desert, my drink and gave me one of the wrong sides. Even though they confirmed the entire order verbally before starting it, lol.
Another time, granted at a different location, I ordered a special on a bucket of chicken that was advertised on the big screen directly above the cashier, who didn’t understand what I was asking for and had to bring out a second cashier and then a manager to tell me “we don’t sell buckets.” Okay, but i dont want a bucket, i want the advertised chicken special. “Oh, we dont have that at this location.” Are you sure? Because it says that you do… right above your head… lol
