Always a great time at Sam’s in Hendersonville, they have great food and the best fries in sumner county hands down. The wings are hit or miss but can’t go wrong with the ribs and cold beer! The nachos are always good too very hefty size of toppings so none of those cheap ways out like other places, servers are always great too where you never get left without a drink or wondering where they are or what they’re doing they’ve continued to impress us and the management seems to have it under very good control cause everyone seems happy and excited to be at work whatever they’re doing they need to train other restaurants around town because they’ve truly set the standard for the industry locally. I have held back my review for a while after 4-5 visits to see if it changes and every time I come it’s amazing. Give them a try anytime of the day and you’ll leave satisfied for sure!

Ordered the Chicken Nachos to go for lunch. I get home and realize that they gave us very little chicken. Then what looks like slop in a cup which were the toppings. Looked like jail food at best. Sam’s used to be great. Everything used to come individually and they always have you a big portion of Chicken. I can only assume that it’s the new management. Sadly if I get the crave for Sam’s I will go to Old Hickory.

This was a new place for us to try. We were tired of always going to the same places so we decided to try this on Sunday not even aware of the brunch option. My husband had the ribs amd said they were very good and my granddaughter got the kids grilled cheese which she ate over half of it which is amazing for her. I got the brunch buffet amd was very happy with it. I had French toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits with gravy, amd shrimp creole. I was very pleased with it and thought it was reasonably priced. I’m looking forward to going back again. My only complaint was that the changing table in the bathroom was so high I had a hard time reaching it to change my granddaughter but that has nothing to do with the food or service. It’s just am FYI for parents/caregivers if you’re average height like me.

Great stop for a quick business lunch. Food was good, service was decent. Neat location on the water where they open up the porches when it’s nice out for a lake vacation feel. Our table had a variety of food and everyone liked their. I had the French dip which was flavorful but the cuts of meat I got were too fatty (to the point I had to open the sandwich and doctor out some heavily marbled meat). Other than that, it was a fine experience and the others said the ribs were excellent.

Great service without being over bearing. Food is always on point when we go. Husband is happy with the beer options there. Atmosphere is also nice! They have TVs everywhere so you don’t miss any games etc. My only complaint would be the Caesar dressing… if it tasted more like The Cesar at Texas Roadhouse… they would have the absolute BEST chicken Caesar wrap in Hendersonville! It’s always amazing every time I order it. It is put together so well! And never falls a part. My husband got the Bourbon street pasta and said it was “ incredible”. With the one bite I had I can say it was incredible. I also have to say every time we have ordered takeout our food has been just has good. The only complaint I would make is no specific take out area. So you are just standing at the bar waiting to get someone’s attention. 10/10 would recommend.
