Steak nuggets are a hit, This is my second time getting some in about five days. They are tasty tender, and the barbecue sauce that goes with them is really good. I believe they have a winner! The service had a little bit of an issue because I think the cashier is multitasking!

My husband and I ordered from this location on Friday, December 8th. The people there were really nice, and the cashier kept a smile on her face the entire time. The fried macaroni and cheese were really decent, and the milkshakes. The rest of our food, on the other hand, was horrible! My husband had a gyro meal and curly fries. He didn’t even eat his fries because they tasted old. I ordered a good burger 2 meal for my daughter and I. As you can see in the photos, our bugers didn’t look nothing like the picture. We were looking for the sauce that apparently comes on it, and apparently, it doesn’t because we didn’t get any! Our burgers were very dry and unappealing, and dissatisfying! I understand food will not look like a picture, but at least include all of the ingredients. My husband and I agreed that we would never eat at that location again or another Arby’s period.

I just couldn’t bring myself to eat it. The fries were burnt. It looks like they gave me the burnt pieces they throw in the trash or should throw in the trash. This was sssooo disrespectful to the customer. You shouldn’t serve someone something you wouldn’t eat. I probably could say they were busy but it wasn’t. I’m just hoping people stop going here so they can get shut down. I have pics but didn’t see how to post them.

WHERES THE BEEF. I ordered a smokehouse brisket with sweet tea for lunch, get home, maybe 1 half slice of brisket. Shrinkflation at this Arbys is real, and the Sweet Tea was so watered down, it went to the drain. This must be their cost savi g method, charge full price and provide inferior food. Corporate needs to review this store.

Ordered a double beef and cheddar. I don’t think I have seen this much meat on a triple. Also. Bun is a little hard… Ok so had to edit this. Bun was actually so hard I have to pull all the meat off the bun and replace it with my own. Disappointed. Probably won’t go back to this location as there is usually long waits and something always wrong.

We have been coming here for years and it’s rarely good. This was a very pleasant experience. The food was good and service was helpful and friendly. We ate inside and the store was clean and welcoming. Not sure why the floors are always slippery but we were pleasantly surprised.
