This morning at 9am I went to the window to place my order because I have a disability which prevents me from ordering at the speaker. The lady immediately has an attitude and tells me I have to pull around and go back through the drive thru. I explain to her I have a disability and need to order at the window, and she said no you need to walk in. So because I have a disability I can’t get food from the drive thru like everyone else? I have to park, walk in side during the rain? I explained to her that it’s written on the screen to pull to the window if you have a disability which prevents you from ordering at the speaker. I also asked her if she had a picture menu or a Braille menu and she said no we don’t have that here…even though the sticker on the window says they do. I’ve never had an issue at any drive through when pulling forward to order because of my disability. This is not a disabled friendly location and the manager needs to do better when training employees. it doesn’t matter if you take my order at the speaker or window. It’s the same thing and doesn’t cause you more work or stress, but what I’m not going to do is allow YOU to make me feel less over a disability or try to force me to walk inside during the rain. Because you said “next time you have to come in”nope I will do the exact same thing the next time.. you’ll be taking my order at the window.

The fries were cold. The burgers were falling apart and poorly put together. I had to get back in the line because they handed our bags to the car in front of us and the patrons took fries out the bag. Now I’m worried I may get COVID or something else because of someone else other than employees handled my bags. Then the representative lied about it. I completely lost my appetite out of fear so I couldn’t even finish my food.

If could give no starts that’s i would have given because it’s amazing to me that I was at the drive thru at 11am and I order 2 kids meals and I have a Mc chicken with no sauce add cheese and tomato but when I bite the sandwich the chicken tasted old to me and it very hard. Like do better.

Horrible McDonald’s. You can legit pull up to the drive thru and be the only person there and wait minutes for someone to take your order. This has happened almost everytime I’ve been there, however this time I was really upset. I pull up to the speaker and I’m the ONLY one there. I wait TEN YES TEN MINUTES and another car pulls up in the other lane immediately I hear “Good morning thank you for choosing McDonald’s will you be using your mobile app” to the other car. I was so mad I left. Never coming back the workers here are lazy rude and pathetic. Like seriously first come first serve, yall are horrible people and a horrible location. A waste of my time. And the food always cold and too salty anyways. At this point I’m also starting to think it’s a race thing. And yes I’m going there bc why when I pull up everytime yall always answer the other lane despite the fact I was theee first?

05:15 I placed an order through the app and picked it up, the guy was extremely rude never said good morning. He came to the speaker and spoke so fast about a pick up order. I pulled forward. Then when I got to the window he was like you said you had a doordash I said no. He was like well you need to drive back around. Seriously. I drove back around for absolutely no reason then he was like pull forward, with an attitude, I asked for a manager, he said shes not here. I said okay when will she be in? He said she doesnt come in, call the complaint number. Then I asked for his name and he said no I dont give my name out. Just flat out unprofessional. Im not eating the food I was given nor am I drinking the coffee. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will bring it back when a manager is on duty this afternoon. God only knows what he did to it. I will be calling corporate as soon as they open.

Happy New Year’s and I hope someone else doesn’t have this kind of experience. Made online order thru the app, drove 25 mins to pick up because it was slippery roads. But to get to the restaurant and to be rudely dismissed by the person on the headset “We not taking orders, we CLOSED!” so I followed with ” I paid for online order already, but..” interrupted with the same rudely expressed comment…. so I just asked will my money be refunded YEAH in 1 to 7 business days. Damn really order was MM80 but I won’t o to this location again

We took our neice here and had to wait over 25 minutes to get our food. People who came in way later than us got theirs first. My husband checked in on the food and an employee took his receipt and gave us just the happy meal without milk, he didnt give us adults our food. My husband had to ask and wait for that. Yet they still forgot his sandwich and he was just going to not eat, but I went back up and let them know. Finally 28 minutes later we got all our food. When I was standing up at the pick up, only the man who cleans the place talked to me to see why I was up there. He was nice and a lady dressed as the Grinch was nice. However, the person who took our receipt and didnt give it back was rude to my husband and no one would tell me why we got skipped over and ignored. No refund was offered.

Nearly an hour wait to pick up an order, food was cold, they took three orders from one drive thru lane before swapping to the lane I was in, and that was just my most recent visit. Most visits result in something missing or wrong, and the staff is rude about fixing mistakes. Do yourself a favor, and go to the McDonald’s on Hill instead, you’ll get your food faster, and they’ll be more willing to fix something if they mess up

I recently used the mobile app to place an order at this McDonald’s location and was extremely disappointed. I arrived at the curbside pickup and waited for about 10 minutes without anyone approaching me. After that, I had to go inside and try multiple times to get the staff’s attention, but I was ignored. This resulted in me being late returning to work after my 15-minute break ended. Additionally, my order was incomplete: I had requested hot tea with lemon, but received cold water and no sugar. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this location, and I hope the management addresses these concerns seriously.
