I give the atmosphere higher score because it clean as a fast food restaurant should be. The food is acceptable. Service was the no smiles one. When they are taking your orders you feel like arguing. I asked for a foam cup. He gave to me without saying anything. Later he came to me saying: I have to charge you $1.60 for that cup (in photo). This is th first time in 50 years i had seen this. So I asked to confirm, you charge $1.60 for a cup? He affirmed. It’s weird. I know Walmart charges $0.10 for plastic bags. They say that is environment. What is this $1.60 for? I didn’t pay because on of the guest took care of it for me. I really appreciated it. Not sure what her position in this was. It’s not about the money. It’s just weird.

I have been to plenty especially in Macon Ga where I just moved from, this establishment and location was the first I came back to from the days I lived here. Food and service was a 100 . The cheese Krystal and fries was on point brought me back to the good old days..

I wanted a Krystal burger but this was not it. It was so soggy and the meat practically fell apart not a good pick. The Spicy Chicken wasn’t bad but it was mostly breading to make it bigger and it tasted old.

Sadly no improvement, I ordered a 3 egg breakfast and was given powdered(fake) eggs. I asked that I receive real eggs and the manager became upset and yelled”You have to ask for that, pull up” and I waited 5 mins in front for runny eggs! I asked that it be cooked fully, knowing I won’t be able to eat it that way; the black shirt worker takes the eggs bk rolling her eyes and I was going to ask for a refund because I no longer trust them but now I’m late for work. Good help is hard to find! It’s so hard to get that chick-fil-a-spirit to have PAYING CUSTOMERS satisfied. I guess it’s their pay.

Terrible service and attitude by staff. Ordered a couple of medium Cokes at drive through along with our meals.
They didn’t have medium plastic lids for the cups. Told me I would have to get large Cokes and be charged extra for them. I told them I didn’t want to be charged for something I didn’t order. Was told no options.
Asked them to ring up two medium drinks and just put them in a large cup. They could have even put less Coke, that would have been fine. Can’t do that they said.
Pulled up to the window with my cash and the lady at the window said I can’t do what you’re asking and I have to charge you for two large Cokes. I said I didn’t want two large, just medium. She told me she couldn’t take my order and she closed the glass and walked away and never came back.
I finally left and went to another Krystal in the area and got what we wanted.
Just surprised they didn’t give me two large cups with a medium amount of Coke in them and we would have been fine.

My AirPods were stolen out of this location, the General Manager in no way attempted to help me. Gave me an attitude after I asked for corporates number to see if i could see the cameras so I could see the person who stole them since I have their address and just need a face. They were stolen off the front counter, seems like one of the employees stole them after her reaction. I am still waiting for corporate to email me back. Never had such shitty customer service. If it were their items, they would want someone to help them as well. Especially when it would show the thief’s face clear as day.

The lady very proud and she is the manager name Momalisa. She took my order I told her what I wanted. She read exactly back to me . I didn’t check my receipt that’s my fought. I order 2 sausage biscuit gravy coffee orange juice a breakfast bowl and spicy chick sandwich . She gave me the spicy chick sandwich coffee and orange juice . And she said is that all. I’m standing there waiting on my food then I look at my recipe she said all you like is the breakfast bowl . I said no I told her and then I got my receipt. And it wasn’t on there . So I told her I wanted a refund and I don’t want the breakfast bowl I use to work with this lady i know how racist she can be and how rude she can be . She did not give me a refund that’s ok . I don’t advice o one to go to this Krystal’s very unprofessional. Only one lady that was there. I didn’t get her name . She was the only professional one there. And I appreciate that . No refund or anything . I didn’t know she worked there or I wouldn’t of went there. I be afraid to eat from where ever she works at. I put her in God’s hands and let God deal with her . I am calling corporate and putting it all over social media.

Very rude, drive through window server was annoyed when clarifying the price of a shake, the size options and availability.
Unfortunate that common courtesy and customer service isn’t practiced here or a priority from management.
