My husband and I used to frequent Red Robin, but stopped due to extremely poor service and awful food. It used to be great, and then there was always something from employees blasting the most inappropriate music, servers being so rude, (except Mr. Tim) and the food being slop just thrown together. We haven’t been in six months, but went last night for the hell of it. It was the best experience we have ever had at Red Robin. The host was a woman, dark hair and glasses, she was so nice and welcoming. Our waitress, I really wish I had seen her name, but she was so nice. She was so good at her job too, we never had to ask for anything and she was so fast. She was tallish with medium brown hair and a bandana. This was on 02/17 around 8:45pm, and we sat in the booths by the bar. The food was great too for a change. Everything was hot, fresh, and fast. I’m not sure if there is new management or something, but it was great. And if the manager sees this review, the server that helped us last night deserves to be recognized, and red robin needs to make sure she is happy so she stays as long as she wants. Such a nice change, and we will be back for sure because of it.

Went Sunday, did not seem very busy, a lot of empty tables, but still.waited about ten minutes. Appetizers came quickly, as did the main course, food was delicious. Not sure if they have a staffing problem, three tables in our area were full of plates etc from previous customers. Had to ask for my side salad, after the meal came. Server was polite, and she did a great job. So I knocked down the stars because, it just had a weird atmosphere. I could see if they were slammed packed, but it wasn’t even like that!

The server was great, very little wait time, but both burgers ordered with no pink came out borderline raw. Waited for the new ones and one of those also came out really pink. The picture below is the second one. The first was worse. They took it off my bill which was good.
But if it was a steak it would have been good. Lol
Maybe the cooks were having a bad night.

Tighten up Red Robin, Red in the name doesn’t mean have Red in the burger.

Been a frequent visitor with this business in Cary great service and food always hot. Started coming to wake forest location the waitress is always nice but the kitchen suck. Food always cold and not accurate. Manager gets an attitude because you don’t want to eat cold food and the fact of the order not fully prepared as asked. The posts full need quality In the kitchen.

First trip to RR. Wonderful service tonight from our server (I think his name tag said Radio) as well as from the manager ( she had blonde hair in a ponytail) the food was all fresh and our drinks stayed full. We’ve only had service this good one other time since before 2020. Thank yall so much!

I personally did not feel like I received the value of a $50 meal. I had the Whisky river chicken sandwich and Hubs had double bacon burger with onion rings. Yeah there’s upcharges. While the service was great, it still took FOREVER to get our food and was barely warm when it arrived. There’s better options in WF which will be exercised next time.

My son and I stopped in for a late lunch while out shopping.
He had the Mozzarella sticks and the Burger with a fried egg on top (I don’t remember the name), I had the House salad, and we both had diet soda’s..
Our waiter was very friendly and efficient.
We were literally the only customers in the restaurant, so the service was over the top . The mozzarella sticks were actually the best I have ever had.
The garlic fries that came with his burger were also pretty tasty.
My salad was a boring run of the mill house salad, but fresh, and okay. I would have loved to try their Lemon cake for dessert, but I just couldn’t bring myself to pay over $10 for a single slice of cake.
Our total bill was around $50 before tip.

First time at Red Robin and I can honestly say I was blown away! From the moment we walked in, the calming atmosphere and great decor made the restaurant feel warm and inviting.

Our server, Lauralee, was phenomenal! She asked if it was our first time and explained everything so clearly, especially the bottomless sides. She checked in on us just the right amount, making sure we felt valued and taken care of. Her friendly personality really made the experience stand out — big shoutout to her!

Now, the food… I had the turkey burger and OMG — it was beyond delicious. Perfectly seasoned, juicy, and savory with every bite. It was so flavorful that I found myself savoring it slowly because I didn’t want it to end! Paired with the atmosphere and service, it was an amazing meal all around.

I can’t wait to come back — Red Robin definitely won me over on my very first visit!

We had a large party celebrating a birthday. After waiting two hours next door at Texas Roadhouse we were told it would be an additional hour wait. (We had small children and elderly adults waiting in the cold). We called Red Robin and explained our situation. They were welcoming and encouraged us to come in. From the minute we called until we left EVERY staff member went above and beyond to make sure our party dinner was saved. From the initial team member, Jakoba, who took the time on the phone to make sure they could accommodate, to the bar staff that assisted with appetizers and drinks while we waited for our table to our AMAZING waitress, Lauralee that single handed serviced 20 people with quickness, perfection and amazing customer service..every individual provided beyond 5 star service. Thank you all for saving our birthday dinner!! Recommend to all!

Staff and food were great.

There were several system issues that detracted from the experience.

1. The AI call ahead service went into a loop that wasn’t helpful.

2. We eventually talked to someone at the host but the background sound from the restaurant made it impossible to hear.

3. When we got there it took the host 20 minutes to seat us. I noticed she walked over to a different employee and they were both frustrated with the iPad

4. After being seated. It took 40 minutes for my kids to get their drinks. The server said that this was because he wasn’t allowed in the bar area due to a lack of training. This meant my kids had to eat hot French fries without a cold drink.

5. My five years olds Mac and cheese meal came with unordered broccoli which contaminated her Mac and cheese, degrading her experience.

6. There was no silverware available for our meal when it started. We had to wait on the dish washer before we could eat.

7. The pay and go tablet didn’t work. It worked for games but bit to pay.

8. No manager game by to check with us. So I’m complaining here.

Overall the staff was great but their system didn’t set them up for success for a half full restaurant.
