So disappointing, I went to get food at 10pm on a Saturday through drive through. After getting home I came to the complete wrong order, so I called and asked if I can go back and get the correct one. Which they said yes to bring the receipt, I did. They redid my order and when I came back home the food was made terribly, my Crunchwrap tortilla was so stale I could barely chew(I was hungry so I ate as much as I could) all the tacos were completely broken. I just wished they cared to make my food properly after having to go beck and get the correct one in the first place. I’m extremely upset and staff didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience, they just grabbed the food out of my hand when I took it back the first time without even saying a word to me. I tried being nice and saying thank you and even apologizing since it could have been a simple mistake of giving me the wrong food in the first place. But clearly that didn’t matter.

I just went through not to long ago. The lady who took our order and was at the window was nice. The food was disgusting. Ordered a steak quesadilla combo meal with crunchy taco. A chicken quesadilla and 3 soft tacos. The had hardly nothing in it. It was pretty must just the shell nothing more. Hardly no meat, hardly no cheese, they didn’t put the sauce on them. Was flat because how empty they were. I took 2 bites of the crunchy taco and had to toss it. The meat tasted funky like it was old or sitting out. My kid couldn’t take more than 3 bites and he was spitting out the 3rd bite. Had to brush our teeth right after those bites to get the taste out. I really hope we don’t get sick. Normally I like Taco Bell. However, this is the worst food I ever had from there. The only thing good was the sofa that came with the meal. I spent $27 (cash). I might as well just taken that and thrown it straight into the trash.

Took quite a bit to get my order as the drive thru filled and emptied a couple times while I waited inside for my mobile order, but my chief complaint is I paid for 6 supreme soft tacos and got only regular despite a worker asking me twice if my food was mine.

Me and my friends went through the drive through and ordered. We got home 3 minutes later to realize our nacho fries and chalupa are not in the bag! We checked the receipt and clearly saw we had payed for it. We drove back to the restaurant because they would not answer our calls. Terrible idea,,, soon as my friend walked in he showed the guy our receipt, the GM came up to him and asked if he was here about the messed up order the nacho fries and the chalupa. Then the GM said “I’m the GM and I personally bagged that order and I know I put those on top of the bag.” After acknowledging that the order was messed up. Terrible customer service… this store needs a new GM that wont obviously lie to customers

Update. Asked for fresh and the papers stuck to the old crusty Gordita soft taco. I swear if you don’t want your job give it to someone that will take a sense of pride in their work!

I work with people with special needs. After staff at another taco bell refused to assist my client we went here. Staff wanted us to use kiosks, client wanted to order from person, they told us we would have to wait. With 4 staff on duty, 3 standing side by side in food prep area the other walking around and working drive through it took 8 minutes for someone to come take client’s order. It was NOT busy. They then forgot his orange vanilla cream soda which I had to go specifically get someone’s attention to get after client was already almost done eating and he is a SLOW eater.

Taco Bell in general has gone downhill very badly in my opinion. The two closer to my home are terrible so I drove out of my way to this one and it was gross too! The hard taco shells were so stale I couldn’t stomach it. They tasted like an old dirty wet sock. Yummy! Just what I was craving! I also seem to remember there being actual food in the double deckers. These were so skimpy they were almost completely flat. I am quitting Taco Bell. I won’t waste anymore of my money here!!!!! See ya!
