When I walked in the location, there was an employee who had his head down on the counter, laying down as if he was sleeping, very unsanitary. I asked if the employee was OK and then another employee came over and start preparing my food. I ordered a veggie bowl and They didn’t close the lid so All the salsa leaked out in the bag and when I went to get out the car, all my food fell all over the Ground.

Ordered a salad. It had exactly 7 pieces of lettuce. They asked if it was to go, then made it for dine in. When I asked if I could get it to go, they were rude, slopped a top on it and put it in the bag sideways. So all the juice leaked out and the bottom of the bag fell out dropping my salad all over the street. Counters were dirty, food was cold. My salad only filled half the container. Staff was rude. Not worth $40 for two people. Chips are stale. I never write reviews (I have worked in fast food, so I know how things are) but this was terrible experience. I will never eat here again.

Moved from Kirkwood a few years ago and had not been to any Chipotle since. This is an overall review of 3 visits in the past 6mo. The first time I got one burrito bowl and one burrito, The amount of meat was so small it was ridiculous. When I inquired, I was told, of course, that he would be happy to double the meat if I wanted to pay.
The 2nd time I visited, I got 2 burritos’. I didn’t ask for anything extra, however the portion was more than generous.
The 3rd time it was back to the first time, scant portions blank look when I inquired about the small portions, quickly followed by the usual offer to double the meat, for a fee.
The food is good, portions are inconsistent, staff is not friendly or helpful. One thing I will say in their defense is that there seemed to have been someone training every time.

Got my order wrong went back to have it remade only to notice when I got home it was wrong again. First time had corn salsa when none was requested second time beans were added when marked no beans. Used to be my weekly spot.

Asked for chicken on bowl and employee said they were out. Told them we would wait but they just gave us the bowl immediately and left. Also, we asked for double portions but they gave us barely a single portion of food.

Terrible management. The manager there is incredibly rude and unprofessional towards customers. He started cussing and complaining about having to give me a refund after a mistake they made. Not only that, but after handing me my receipt, he didn’t say have a good day or anything, just stared at me like I was crazy. Also, I am over this location, each time I order here there is some kind of issue- whether they forget a topping or completely mess up ny order. Will not return to this location. The one on Manchester has much better service.

Food was decent compared to other times but the one thing you can count on this location is terrible service and utmost disrespect. They hold back portions and we’re very rude about the seating situation, tables were full and they were placing mobil orders on the table with seats and wouldn’t move them for people to sit and eat. I also asked for spoons, and they brought out forks which weren’t needed just to be difficult. We had a baby that was being a baby and they decided to turn up the music to “drown out the noise.” It was so annoying others in the restaurant asked them to turn it off. So disrespectful, this is the last time they get our business.

Worst chipotle visit I’ve had. Workers were crabby, rude, and unengaged. The portions were incredibly small and it looked like an ordered a half bowl. For 29$, you expect a lot more. Food was cold and disappointing, atmosphere was dirty, no tables were clean.

Small portions, rushed orders, out of vinaigrette & fajita veggies. With the prices being so high I would’ve expected a larger portion & more attention to the order. Also, a frozen/chunky piece of cheese was left inside one of the bowls. Gross.

The location is by far the worst one I’ve ever been too! The staff were rude and unfriendly! All of them using inappropriate language in front of children!! I simply asked what the difference was between the 2 rice options I was laughed at the gentleman said ones white and ones brown then multiple staff members chuckled. Lettuce was out my burrito was made on a nasty prep line it was soaked I could not hold it to eat it!! The sodas were out , the teas and lemonades were out , no ice. No lids , no napkins , people left full beverages on the counter because they were hot or no syrup in the soda machine… trash overflowing from every can! On the floor !! The health inspector needs to visit this location it is disgusting I’ll never be back I was warning people as they were exiting their cars before entering!!
