Me and others were trying to get a response from the outside ordering menu with no responses. It was hours before closing and there were cars going thru the drive thru. I wanted a milkshake and as I looked in to see what was holding things up, I could see 3 people. So I knocked knock on the window to get someone’s attention. Finally a lady came out with a mic on her neck and said the ordering displays won’t workings. I knew she was lying because her voice was also being loudly amplified by the ordering machines in the front of the building.
I said I wanted a milkshake. She said the milkshake machine was broken. I went back the next morning right after they opened, as
I left the hotel, and was told the shake machine was working. I ran into this before at another restaurant chain. The milkshake takes a lot of time to clean up so they do it early.

This Sonic needs to just shut down. Everytime I order its something and I keep giving it another chance. Done ever ordering from this place. Waited 15 in the stall after making a ONE combo pickup order, no one else was waiting but me. They wouldnt answer their phone, I called 3x. After the 3rd time I get cold disgusting fries (large) as u can see they didnt even fill it half way. Didn’t give my 3 ranch and the sticker on the bag to close it was ripped and tampered with. The woman not kind and didnt even apologize for the crazy wait. Im not one who complains but this place is a joke! Save your money, trust me!

What a horrible place. The drive thru attendant acted like they did not want to be there. We had a very simple order. A chocolate milkshake, a Reese’s blast and an order of tots. The milkshake was not mixed, all the syrup was on the bottom and was not made correctly. The Reese’s blast was the same way. The tots were old and greasy. The service was bad and the window worker acted like they needed a nap. This place needs a major overhaul and new employee’s who care about what they are doing. I get it , its fast food but at least make an attempt to make the food right.

So got a double cheeseburger and a grilled cheese off the value menu. Spent just under $5 and the lady said the burgers are made fresh. I believed her because I was the only car in drive and it took 10 minutes to get the order. However unfortunately the burger was not hot despite the 10 minute wait. The grilled cheese was infact hot. However if you look at my picture it lacks cheese. They either need to up the price and add more cheese or take it off the menu. Both the double cheeseburger and grilled cheese were horrid. they need to stick to the drinks and slushes so if your thinking about food I’d pass.

I’ve only gone to this sonic a handful of times. Recently the past two visits within less than two months have been horrible. This past time I just ordered a Coke Zero – love the ice so when I finished the drink I opened it up and there was a bug in the drink. I hope the health department visits soon.

Since I haven’t eaten at Sonic in a long while decided to have lunch while in the area. I wasn’t aware that they changed their fries to crinkle cut. I love a good crinkle cut fry but these just didn’t do it for me because there were lots of small pieces, they were stuck together and tasteless. Why fix it if it ain’t broken? Unless lots of customers requested the change, I would be ok with them returning to their original fries-change isn’t always good. I also tried a new burger: garlic butter bacon cheeseburger. It had a good taste but I don’t think I’ll order it again.

6 visits in a row where I dont get the sauce I ordered. Amazingly consistent if nothing else. I wish the app would let me pull up to the window instead of checking in at the stall so I could at least ask for the sauce. The person who brought my food out was very kind. He deserves a raise.

One of the worst fast food restaurants that we have eaten at in the area. We tried it today for the second time because we always try a restaurant at least two times in case the first time was a mishap. Make no mistake, this place is terrible! Poor customer service! This place is by far the worst customer experience that we’ve had in HH. The girl at the window had zero personality and acted like she didn’t like her job. They also got our order wrong. It took a while before they even came to the window to get payment, they were too busy horse playing around. My husband didn’t eat his cheeseburger. The cheese wasn’t even melted, the burger was room temperature and he said it tasted spoiled. His tots weren’t even hot and I wouldn’t even say they were warm either. Where is the manager at this restaurant? It obviously needs new management or the owner needs to step in. I’m really not sure how this place stays open with the subpar food and customer service!!

Food was cold tots rased like they have been sitting there and burgers were not great. I ordered the Carmel toffee bite things and I have no idea what they gave me but it tastes like cheese in the middle. The only thing good about this sonic was the drinks. Was definitely not worth the money we spent. We were in town for the Renaissance fair so we were on our way home or I would have turned around and definitely got our money back.

Went through after a 10hr am shift at wrk.ordered a medium chilli cheese tote waited over 20 min.for them to get my only item I ordered wrong without no chilli on it.went back through to correct my order.after a 20 more min wait totaIing to 40 min now.just told them to give my money back.for them to intentionally play with me making me wait longer.them trying to be funny at taking there time turned into a 50 min wait for everything and to get my money refunded.ive lived in Huber heights for 4 years and this whole strip on brant pike down to Chambersburg road with the fast food places are a joke so much so I would be embarrassed if I was them.on having fresh food untill a decent time in the day which really ain’t no such thing n this area to the wait times are absolutely ridiculous.worst experiences I have had with fast food restaurants in my life.so much so I would rather save my money than throw my hard working money in the trash for some garbage food that ain’t even fresh most the time.i think it’s time for the owners of these places to look at some of the reviews.and think the managers is who’s allowing this type of behavior and it’s hurting there business.if I was the owners I would be cleaning house and hiring people who wants to serve decent food and do there jobs in a timely manner.there plenty of people who would do a SIMPLE job like that at the best of there ability and the people there choose definitely is not
