To the manager who I had the most PLEASANT experience talking to at around 9:40 pm on Thursday February 5th: I have been a manager in the food industry for about three years, and if you truly believe the customer service experience you gave me was acceptable, then maybe even McDonalds isn’t the place for you. I came to you expressing concern that my burger was raw and completely inedible, and you blew it off like it was no big deal. I really hope you reflect on how you treat your customers and grow from this experience, because the last thing you want to do is give your customers food born illnesses.

I was headed home from work and stopped in for a quick snack. I turned in to the parking lot saw the long drive through line and decided to skip it, but the dual drive through line prevented me from driving around the back and exiting and someone had pulled end behind me blocking me in. So I decided to wait it out. Long story short, it took me 30 minutes in line to get my Hot and spicy chicken sandwich. So aggravating! The one upside, I got it for free with my Mc Donald’s points.

I live in Llano but shop at HEB in Burnet,
I also pass through quite often on trips to see my grandbabies in Round Rock & Temple, which means I see a LOT of McDonalds’ on the way!
However, I make a point now to stop at this particular McDonalds in Burnet whenever I’m there. The best one by far~
fresh, fast & friendly! It doesn’t matter what time of day I stop there, it’s consistently good-I have however noticed the day shift breakfast & lunch folks are especially pleasant! Great job, you don’t disappoint!

McDonalds needs to fire this guy terrible employee to have as a manager even his own workers were apologizing for his actions. I came through the drive thru on January 15th at 6:35 pm and ordered food for my family. When I got home I realized that my meal wasn’t in the bag a (chicken sandwich meal) so I drove back up there. On the way up there my wife called and told me that there was an extra burger in the bag which we hadn’t ordered and didn’t notice while I was home as I was looking for a chicken sandwich. So I pull through the drive thru and explain the situation the initial lady seemed very helpful and wanted to make it right she went to speak to the manager (I believe his name was William) then reluctantly came back to the window explaining that he had said if I wanted that I’d have to order and pay again. I started to drive off but decided to go inside to try and explain to him what had happened. He asked if I had a receipt which I showed him. He then very loudly (in front of the whole restaurant) turned the receipt around facing me and said show me where its wrong very rudely. I explained what had happened then he said if you want the chicken sandwich I needed to give him the burger still being loud and rude. I replied you want me to drive 10 minutes home again get the burger and bring it back up here then he just smugly said yup. As I was driving home irritated I decided to call up the restaurant to get his name so I could file a complaint with corporate. He answered the phone told me his name was William if I remember correctly I was very frustrated. I told him I’d be calling corporate. He then said “then I will not serve you and hung up”. As long as this employee has a job I will no longer be coming here and this story will be going on social media and I will continue to push the issue. This is the only review I’ve ever written. I felt embarrassed and disrespected in that restaurant and will continue to push the issue.

Tonight’s I ordered my daily duele, it was cold, cheese and meat cold and there was no costume es when I went so they had no reason to be in a hurry. They forgot my sauces and when I told manager he gave me no attention and had an attitude. Night Shift has to be better, never have any problems in mornings or afternoons.

Drove thru on Sat am about 7:50. The person taking the order was friendly and accurate. The person handing off the order was friendly and efficient. The food was fresh, hot and well prepared.

Thank you to the lady working that allowed us to order off the breakfast menu a few minutes after it ended so that my exchange student could try McDonalds breakfast! She went above and beyond this morning!

Colored lady in yellow shirt is very rude. Also can’t control the workers. Everyone is doing more talking than working. And now that lady was rude to me because they forgot a burger out of my order. Made out to be the bad guy on it when I paid for it and they were to busy messing around with one another. McDonald’s suck especially at this location.

Watch your receipt. I ordered a meal and they rang it up as a large without asking. If even McDonald’s is sneaking in upcharges, you know it’s bad. Ripping people off isn’t a business strategy, it’s a red flag. I see why y’all have a 3.6 rating.

Went and ordered basic cheese burgers and fries. 2 value meals. Was told to pull up and wait, no problem. Waited 15 minutes…..no fries in the bag, as the manager was walking back in from handing me the bag I said excuse me, she rolled her eyes and got very irritated and said, yes? I said the fries were missing, made me repeat my order, asked if I ordered fries with the value meal, what? Um yes ma’am, it usually comes with them. She stormed off another 5 minutes later a young man brought the fries out. The food was awful. The burgers tasted like they were old but, the fries were fresh!
