I went to red lobster a couple days ago and had a great experience. My server Kaia was always checking in and being very attentive. The customer service was excellent as well as the food. The food was a great portion and the biscuits were great per usual. The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be returning soon and recommending the restaurant to many others.

Our meal was excellent. But, more importantly, the customer service we received from our server (& new friend), Danica, was nothing short of outstanding! There were 3 in our party &, as always, we had several requests, i.e. extra sour cream, 3 rewards to go, several ToGo containers, etc. We can’t afford to go there often so, when we do, we like to take advantage of their specials. Danica was not only very professional but also friendly, helpful & came to our table often to see if we needed anything &/or pick up dishes. We can’t wait to return to have her as our server.

The Monday night special (lobster tail w/shrimp scampi) was a great surprise (without loading us up with too much food), and the price was good ($19.99).
Danny from Loveland, our server, was wonderful. He found out it was my wife’s birthday, and offered some complimentary ice cream (which we declined since we’d had ice cream earlier). He was tremendously friendly, and very efficient with getting us wine, cheese biscuits, and getting our food on time.
It was a nice experience, and the reasonable price was very appreciated!

My fiancé and I went out to dinner for a nice meal and we were blown away by the quality of service we received. Marissa was our waitress and she was so helpful and fantastic. The food was amazing! 10/10. This was my first time eating at the red lobster and I will definitely be coming back!

They sell expired food. The cooks don’t wash their hands, wear gloves, or hair nets. Their coolers that store sauces are full of mold. The servers are good but the managers don’t care about selling old food as long as they get a bonus.

Wow first off, our waitress was very nice and overly helpful. Everything was very Good. The Shrimp was very flavorful and cooked perfectly. The only small complaint would be the biscuits were over cooked a bit. But the food was so delicious. It was very easy to over look that formality. Overall great experience, and Great day out with the family. Also the manager stopped by to say hello and check on our service as well. What a great place to enjoy a relaxing night out.
