Any time I ever order from here they always get something wrong. Today I put in an online order and when I went to pick it up, they left out plastic ware, straws, the avocado sauce packets I PAID for, they barely put any meat in the taco I ordered, and to top it all off: they didn’t even give me a receipt! I called and they told me I needed to show them a receipt and when I said they didn’t give me one they said “that isn’t true” and hung up. This place should really be looked into by corporate and have the employees redo bagging, customer service, and cook training.

Placed a mobile order. Got home my tacos were so soggy they fell apart. I called the restaurant asked to speak to a manager who refused to give her name said unfortunately our lobby is closed and that is the only way we do remakes. I ordered Taco Bell and PAID for food to eat now not tomorrow. Need to replace the manager you had on duty Friday night at 11pm. Girl at the window didn’t even speak just stared.

This location doesn’t answer the phone nor contact you about issues when asked to be contacted through the app after an issue with an order.
I came through the drive thru last night the girl with the headset was rude, not sure why she is employed. Even stuck her middle finger up at someone trying to get in the front door.
Besides her spent over $30 order wasn’t correct and the food received was terrible barely anything in my taco. Can’t reach anyone to let them know. Obviously need a change of employees at this location.

This had to be the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a taco bell in my life !!! Order inside. We ordered two soft tacos and two bean beef and cheese burritos and payed for our order and set and waited for almost half an hour !!!!went up to the counter to see what was going on . The girl at the register side there wasn’t an order in our name !!! Then asked if we where even at the right location!!! I could get if they where busy but in the 30 min we where her two people order in sade and three in the drive through! After fighting with them for 5 min they finally made are food. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

I’m not sure why this location has changed so drastically in the past couple months but my family loves Taco Bell and eats there often, and 9x out of 10 that we go there lately, our order is messed up. This was once the best location in town but not anymore.
So thought I would update this. Figured I would give them a try again, u know, things change… … Apparently not for this taco bell. This is the new tostada that they brought back. I went a little after 12 so they had only been open a couple hours. These beans had to be from yesterday or even older and when I opened the box, this is how it was “thrown” together.
To the manager, you should be embarrassed. Everything about this establishment reflects on you and your leadership skills.
To the owner, let me know if you need a manager with great skill and qualifications lol.

MISERABLY SLOW. LITERALLY SET IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR A HALF AN HOUR, AND ITS SO OVER PRICED FOR HOW LITTLE YOU ACTUALLY GET. WOULDN’T RECOMMEND, YOU CAN LITERALLY COOK HOMEMADE TACOS IN THE TIME IT TAKES THEM TO GET YOUR FOOD READY.. HONEST TO GOD ABOUT 15 MINUTES PER CAR IN THE DRIVE THRU..

I went through the drive through with my kid, we ate quickly outside in the vehicle. With receipt in hand, I wanted a drink refill but they had just closed the lobby as I was walking up to the door, lady refused to let me refill drink or for her to do it, then points me into the direction of the drive through, once the line moves they inform me they do not do refills in the drive thru and I would need to purchase another drink. I was outside the door as they locked it. The lady taking orders was very rude and spoke with an attitude when I asked. They hand out free drinks all the time to people and co-workers but can’t refill a soda quickly for an already paid customer. Ridiculous customer service at this location.

Food was fresh, well taco bell fresh. Portion sizes were smaller than I’ve experienced at Taco Bell in recent years. The employees were actively complaining to each other in earshot of customers about customized orders. We will wait awhile before revisiting this location, perhaps the next staff turnover will bring people who at least have the sense to wait til the dining room is empty to trash talk customers.

Taco bell is one if my favorite chains. The main thing I like about it is it’s ever-changing menu making it worth checking out at least once a munch. The cool ranch domino’s loco was so good. I definitely recommend getting the big one of the cheaper fast food in the area.

Not a long wait at all usually, even when there’s a line at this location, staff keep it moving pretty steadily & consistently. Amazing customer service skills with all the evening squad¡!! They are all so upbeat and polite, some over the top, but it just makes u laugh! If it’s my choice, I always going to this location. Atmosphere and energy are on point! I’ve never had a problem, even there was a problem like wrong taco, it happens, they always dealt with it w/ awesome customer service skills & attitude!
