I came there with my service dog and was told that they don’t allow dogs. She was wearing her vest that stated service dog. I had to explain that it’s against the law to deny my working dog entry. Then the gentleman who rang me up, decided to tell me that I couldn’t bring her up to the buffet area. I politely reminded him to not tell me where my service dog can and can’t go. Then, as I was trying to eat my food the woman came back up to me. She demanded a license for my dog and tried telling me that they don’t want dogs in here. I explained that it is not a requirement to have your dog registered and I had to remind her again that it’s against the law to not allow my service dog. She then rudely stated, “I just don’t know why you would need one because you are so young”. She then asked what she is used for and I explained her what she is used for. She threw up her hands and said that she just doesn’t understand. I’m more than happy to answer questions, but only ones that by law, you are allowed to ask. Just because you don’t see a disability, doesn’t mean there isn’t one.
As a business owner it is important to know the laws and don’t discriminate. I hope they have gained some knowledge and get educated. This is a huge liability on their part and could set themselves up for litigation.

Foods are not hot enough , no special seafoods for dinner and some are too salty. Evening buffet is $19.99 included taxes & sodas ! The reason I gave 3 ⭐ because the service girl is cute and the atmosphere isn’t too bad

I took my family there and loved it. The people were nice. We were quickly seated and the waiter didn’t hover, but he paid attention. The salmon was tasty, the fried shrimp was fresh tasting and the veggies were seasoned, to me, really well. I am a dessert person; the desserts were ok, simple enough and a good ending to our meal. I took my pastor and his wife there; same thing. I am going back.

Our first visit and also our last. We should have checked the reviews before eating there. 1. Price very expensive for the offering. $32 + tip for 2 adults. Maybe a $7 buffet at best. 2. Every single selection we tried was room temp. 3. Very limited selection of dishes with most being questionable by looks and taste. Dry and not flavored at all. The only positive was our male server who was attentive to our needs. Won’t be going back there, ever.

Hunan Village, not what it once was. When it comes to Chinese food, chow mein is my family’s go-to. Unfortunately Hunan Village seems to have replaced the traditional and delicious Chow mein noodle for what looks and taste like SPAGHETTI noodles !! For us this is a big disappointment. Additionally, fruit taste dry and place is a bit overpriced for its limited variety of options. However great service and nice staff.

I am 21 years old and I’ve never had this amazing experience like today!! I just wanted to say that dining in was amazing !!! I am very impressed how she was very nice to us and the elderly people !!!:)
