I just have to rate this place because they were open during the ice storm with a limited menu which was perfectly fine with me because they had everything I could’ve wanted. The service was excellent and our waiter was very attentive. We just wanted some hot coffee and a waffle and that is exactly what we got. Will definitely come back here in the future

Big guy in the kitchen KNOWS HOW TO CHEFFFF!!! and big as in tall lol. Any late night Waffle House run is always nerve wracking on if you’ll get good food or service (especially if you’re sober)… tonight we had excellent in both. Our server was very quick, despite a busy night and she kept our drinks full the whole time. Loved and appreciate her. Chelsey!!

Did back to back 2a visits after downtown Nashville Nights. Didn’t disappoint and the cook remembered me on day two. Austin was the host the first night and I think the cook’s name was Kevin both night. Great service. Would recommend to others.

I enjoy eating at Waffle House. Have for many years. The is great music is great when I visit one that has it. The Waffle House in Mt Juliet TN does not. I went there today Sept 26 2025 hoping to enjoy another great breakfast but instead I was greeted by a rude employee named Lucinda who was very agitated for being at work. She very short with her questions to everyone she waited on including me. Very unprofessional uncourteous. I hope and pray she gets help in continuing her career.

While,I love Waffle House, this one was awful. The staff was lazy, the restaurant was dirty. We waited almost 5 minutes to be acknowledged, ordered our food. She did not bring Splenda,I had to get it from behind the counter. My Pecan Waffle had almost no nuts. Meanwhile the rest of the staff is sitting in the corner looking at their phones. Then at one point after being told to clean the bathrooms, after she did I went in and it was nasty. This store has sink gnats.
