Have not been to Red Knapps American Grill in quite a while. I was in the mood for fish and chips and remembered they had pretty good fish and chips. So I stopped in for lunch.
I decided on the two piece of fish with chips and coleslaw . The bread basket was an added treat. Andrea was my server and she was very good .
Pricing for the meal was reasonable I thought and the service was very good, so a 5 star was in order.
Would definitely return when I am looking for fish and chips.

The food was meh. The bread was the only highlight. The mozzarella sticks were the decent, nothing too fancy. My ravioli was basically a soup. It clearly seems like they were pre-made, as if they were from Costco. The meat inside of the beef ravioli was also meh. It wasnt inedible, but it wasnt enjoyable either. However, the service was the best part of the experience. Our server, Whitney, was really kind and sweet (which is what is keeping this review from being 1 star.) I definitely do not reccomend this place. There are better options outside of Red Knapps American Grill.

Ref Knapps Put together a last-minute same-day catering order for our eighth grade Oxford cheer team. I called them at 11 AM and they were able to accommodate for a pick up at 6 PM for 100 chicken tenders. Amazing customer service! The staff was eager to help!

1st time in and the entire menu sounded so good! Ended up with jambalaya linguine which was fantastic. Will definitely be going back to try so many more dishes!

Attempted to order a turkey sandwich tonight, plain and COLD. No extra sides, no extra accommodations, but was met with “they cant do make that order”. Ive ordered this sandwich MANY times in the past and this was the 2nd time out of 20 times that ive been told its impossible to make. Using the same bread, same turkey as you have for the other sandwiches. Why? You guys would make more money off of a plain turkey sandwich then anything else off of your menu. I will never be returning.

I love Red Knapps! Once in a while a girl just wants a BURGER! The atmosphere is good, family oriented or a good spot for a date night! Some must haves here are the bread, the burgers and pizza!
They make their bread homemade and it’s warm, fresh and covered in rosemary. The pizza dough and hamburger buns are also homemade. The hamburgers are perfectly balanced, the buns are little pillows of deliciousness and they are just plain delicious! The pizza sauce is a little on the sweeter side and a bit savory!
I will definitely be coming back repeatedly. Consistent, good service, good and reasonably priced food! 10/5 stars! Also, our server Rob is awesome! He’s very friendly, knowledgeable and personable!

The food (salmon, fish and chips, salad , chili, and bread) was delicious. The service was great, and the milk shakes are the best around. The prices are reasonable, so the overall value was high. Overall, it was a great experience.

I used to come to this restaurant as a young teenager. The food hasn’t changed much. The homemade bread is delicious The burgers are soooo good!! Fresh sauces, fish was excellent and service great!

Beautifully seated in the heart of downtown Oxford, located on the corner at the light. The bar is all beautiful, antique woodworking, decorated very tastfully. The atmosphere is quiet for a date & spacious for a group. Service was great even though we arrived close to closing. We had Knapp Bread & Pizza after a night at Tillson Street. Another plus it was the only place serving after 9!

I had the Knapp Cobb Salad. It was good. Huge portion for the price. The complimentary bread was delicious. Huge menu with a variety of options. They make home made chili too. Will definitely visit again.
