what happened Wendy’s. You were always a good go to for lunch while on the go. Today, the restaurant was filthy and smelled horrible. The floor was sticky and every table dirty. The burger bun and wrapper was soaked in grease. The burger and fries were at least hot but the Nuggets on the other hand were cold. I’d like to think this is a one off but it keeps happening. Am I unlucky or have the standards dropped? I’m leaning towards the latter.

Came at around 12:15 after a long drive. Ordered a 6 piece nugget with sweet and sour, a medium pink lemonade, and an oreo brownie frosty. Didn’t notice until 20 minutes later that I had only received a 4 piece nugget and no sweet and sour sauce even though I paid for the 6 piece. Also, when I had arrived at the window, they began to hand me a regular lemonade until I stopped them and corrected them of my order. This Wendy’s is absolutely terrible with their service and they need to hire people who can properly read, write, and comprehend basic English from an AI-powered machine.

I ordered two lemonade drinks with my biggie bags and sweet and sour. (For me and my 8 year old niece) once I got to the window I see one pink lemonade and one regular and I said why is this pink lemonade she goes you order lemonade and I said yes but why is this one yellow and the other pink and she gave me attitude and said because you order lemonade and I told her I want both regular she wasn’t understanding. Then when I get home fries are rock hard my niece couldn’t eat her fries. The here comes the sauce they put sweet chili instead of sweet and sour. I bet you can imagine a 8yr old reacting to eating something hot. Terrible service and they need to hire someone who knows proper English.

Went in right after opening. Tables and floors were still dirty from the night before. Soda machines covered in soda spray. Both machines out of coke and root beer. Was served a coke from behind the counter, with no ice.

Ordered a breakfast burrito and breakfast croissant. Was given 2 x chicken sandwiches. Why would I want lunch when I’m there for 7:00 in the morning. A cold coffee given to me. Horrible customer service. This location needs new management.

Waited forever for our take out order. Only to get home and our order is wrong. My daughter orders her burger wrapped in lettuce and I get mine on the bun. Both were wrapped in lettuce even though the labels were correct. They were more concerned with drive thru orders. I will never go to this Wendy’s again. Ridiculous.

Let people wait 30 minutes in drive thru for you to get to the machine to order and then say it’s close ridiculous. Lady walked outside 2/3 times looked at cars and didn’t say anything. If she did I would’ve left a long time ago. Wasted time.
