Remember a time when burgers were made to order, crafted with fresh-cut veggies, scratch-made buns and real chuck? Wallbangers brings you back to an era when things were simpler and burgers tasted like they should. The world’s pretty different than it was when we opened our doors in 1984, but we still make our food with with real ingredients and no shortcuts. Everything is cooked right here in our restaurant, and you can taste the difference. As your teeth sink into a juicy patty on a homemade bun piled high with toppings, you’ll wish we never left the 80’s. But thanks to Wallbangers, some things never change.

Legit the best mozzarella sticks we’ve ever had! The two burgers we got, the uncle sam and mac and cheesy, were amazing and a really good size! For the app, two burgers and two drinks was only a little over $50 minus the tip. Really good food for a fair price. The service was also great! Three different people came by our table to make sure we were good. Our server Jaelyn was super nice and helpful with the menu!

I had the manly “El Rey” burger w sweet potato fries. Burger has cheese, bacon, ham and an egg to top the proteins. The avocado was on the buns. The typical veggies, lettuce, tomato, pickle and onions on the side as well. Good stuff!!

All the staff was absolutely amazing! Our server was Jordan and she was so awesome!!! Very informative since it was our first time there. So much flavor! Everything was homemade too. If you’re looking for GREAT customer service, DELICIOUS food, and clean/ fun environment to eat at go to the place. My whole family absolutely loved the food here! We had to request to speak with owner who promptly came out to speak with us & we told him how impressed and happy we were with our experience there. Thank you again Joe!

There are soo many meals to choose from. The fajita salad was delicious, the bread for the hamburger tasted like a Hawaiian bun, the meat patty was made med well with bacon was excellent! My cousin had fried pieces of chicken in a Ceasars salad. Make sure you make room for dessert!

Update 9/2/2025 Love this place for gourmet burgers in three size options to suit all appetites. This time I chose the Four Pig burger which starts with a burger patry, then they add pulled pork, bacon, sausage, and ham. Meat lovers delight!
Original review: Great selection of burgers, available in about 10 popular fixin’ varieties, or add any ingredients from their large options list. All burgers come in 3 size options: large, larger, and largest. Fries or onion rings on the side, freshly made along with your burger. The buns are fresh and delicious.
We also ordered the Chips & Queso with beef as an appetizer which unfortunately arrived only seconds before the main meal which is kinda disappointing if you’re going to have full table service with tipping anticipated.
The food is great, but I’m just not thrilled about paying $30 per person for a meal when they don’t allow at least a few minutes for you to enjoy the appetizer before the main course arrives. It would be easy to blame “the kitchen” on this one but experienced wait staff know how to help regulate this by staggering their orders in.
Might be back, might not. If I really enjoy somewhere the choice is very clear.

My waitress was Brianna she did a awesome job, with what to recommend and introduced the different type of sweet teas that are available. She showed positive energy and great vibes and always smiling and always asking if I needed anything. She is a awesome waitress. Always love to see that type of energy at restaurants, and here at Wallbangers.

We had an excellent experience at Wallbanger’s Burger Bar! The burgers were absolutely delicious — cooked perfectly, juicy, and full of flavor. You can really tell they use quality ingredients and take pride in what they serve.
Our server, Alena, was wonderful! She was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my husband’s dairy allergy was handled carefully. It’s not always easy to find that level of attention and care when dining out, but she made us feel completely comfortable.
Great food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere — we’ll definitely be back!

I remember when this restaurant used to be right next to a Walmart, Ross and Target that was right off the Highway. Although that location no longer exists there, this new location still makes the bests burgers i ever had and still. I’d like to note i have been away from the valley for about 6 years now and went to all of my favorite food joints. Every single one nearly went up by almost double the price other than Walbangers. They just increased their prices by max 3 bucks. I love this restaurant and looking forward to eating in the Corpus Christi location in the near future

If you like a sports bar with unique burgers, this is the place for you. It has a family-friendly atmosphere, good food with hand cut fries, and some delicious burgers. I had a burger with bacon and cheese infused meat, which was skillfully cooked medium and was extremely filling. Pricing is low to moderate on food and drink. If you like to watch sports, they have plenty of large TVs to view various sports. There is plenty of parking, good food, and great service.
